My husband has stayed at this Comfort Inn multiple times. We are currently having some marital challenges and it’s necessary to have some distance between us sometimes . This hotel offers a very reasonable rate that we can afford and a clean room. However, you do get what you pay for. Some of the at this hotel are up to no good and there is a constant smell of Marijuana in the Parking lot. The front desk is not super friendly either.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. I especially liked that they brought back Waffles, that made breakfast much more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel rooms are dirty for no reason. There was a paper strip across the toilet seat to indicate it was cleaned. I took a Lysol wipe and cleaned off dirt that was still on the seat. There is mold in several places in the room, primarily the bathroom.

The room was not a very clean. There was something that looked like blood in the drawer. There was roaches.

got to the hotel and checked in, staff weren’t that nice but got a room. when i approach room, the door was open, found out door lock was broken and room smells somebody just smoke. went back to front desk explaining everything just to get stare and question “Are you sure? let me follow you and see”….. many more things to explain but it would be lengthy.

They had to lock all the doors but front door from card access because people let sketchy people in. But on a good note they take safety seriously

The 3star rating is accurate. The staff was professional. The rooms were well equipped. Conversations in the halls can we heard in all the rooms making it noisy.

This place met my expectations and was worth the value I paid. The staff was friendly, decent, and helpful. The variety of breakfast options was a great help, unlike other hotels that only offer a snack bar and coffee. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to make a last-minute reservation.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning having been delayed due to the category 1 storm in Tampa. We were met by professionalism and courteous service. Very pleased with our stay.

My non smoking room clearly used to be a smoking room. The hotel was dingy, there was a homeless guy sleeping outside of the back of the lobby, the furniture was visibly dirty.

I had to extend my stay for one night as my wife was sick. They did it for me at a good rate. Later when I needed to cancel it, they gave me a full refund. I am very satisfied with their co-operation.

This hotel is extremely outdated. Super old furniture, old spring bed support, old fixtures and appliances, outdated tv, basic off brand toiletries and the pillows weren't even full size. I stayed in an aloft hotel for the same price in a major city earlier this week and can't believe I paid the same price for a hotel that doesn't look like it's been upgraded since the 90's. The guy at the front desk was nice but he didn't hand me my cards and I'd back in my hand which I found a bit rude. I was happy that they allowed pets.

This motel was a real bargain for my friends and I, located on a busy street on the edge of Herdon and Reston. The pool hall/pub next store was an added feature. Staff are attentive and helpful. Building is a little older and in need of minor fixes (doors were broken, litter in the parking lot). We drove to the nearby DC Metro Park and Ride and enjoyed outings to our nation's capitol, before returning to a laid back Reston with plenty of dining and entertainment.

The hotel is an older property, and the bathroom lacks a privacy lock. This was the most unusual and disappointing aspect of our stay.

The staff was very unconcerned about our arrival and departure.
The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in any hotel that I've ever stayed in. Breakfast in bootcamp was better than this stuff! The eggs actually had the texture of some type of latex. I thought rubbery eggs were just a euphemism but no, they actually exist!The potatoes were almost unrecognizable and tasted terrible. The one lady working there was talking to some one on her phone (speakerphone) while she did a quality job of not doing her job.
The main areas of the hotel were not air-conditioned. It was 96 degrees outside!
The room was decent, clean, and comfortable. No complaints there.

We stayed 9 days. We started seeing bugs in the bathroom early in our stay. I’m not an entomologist but there were two different species. I’d guess they were silverfish and cockroaches. But not my field. We did not report it because we didn’t want to be exposed to bug spray nor did we want to pack up and change rooms. While off putting, roaches and silverfish are harmless. I’m sure hotel management has dealt with the problem. Staff were friendly.
