It was nice and clean, and easy to find.

The first room we were given hadnt been cleaned. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and helped me move our things to another room. That room was clean except for a vulgar statement written acrossed the picture in the bathroom. I dont even want to know what it was written with.

The first thing we noticed, the doors on the way in were quite dirty, our room did not get cleaned even when we left our tag outside our door showing it needed cleaning. The breakfast was not good offering only white bread, there were no fruits and the one morning, the coffee machine was broken.

Staff very friendly and the room was clean but the bathroom configuration was weird with the sink in the main room.The toilet wasn't attached properly and moved every time you sat on it. The bed was small for a King and pretty hard. The beakfast was good but the coffee was empty by 830 am and not refilled. I would have left a better review if I felt it was better value for the money.

Loved how the decor was on theme with the hotel name. I appreciated the option to book a room with a single queen bed instead of the typical king. The employee who checked us in was very nice and patient. It was hard to tell the age of the property because it was so well kept. Everything was very clean and all amenities were as stated in the description. The breakfast was good and an employer was constantly cleaning and restocking.

We stayed two nights on family business, We selected the hotel because the reviews were excellent, but we found the experience was fairly ordinary. The morning staff was friendly, the night clerk was surly. The room was clean and moderately quiet, but the bathroom was tiny, The continental breakfast was OK, but the eating area was cramped. I guess we expected more for our nearly $300 per night charge.

A pleasant, well-maintained property. Close to I-90 and the road to Yellowstone. Plenty of dining options nearby and a large grocery store with a deli just across the street. Breakfast was fine.

Pretty decent hotel. The staff were nice enough and the room was decent. Shower pressure was great. The location was decent. All in all, it served the purpose for stopping for a good night's sleep. I don't have many complaints about it other than the sorts of things that are problems at most hotels: noisy guests made it hard to sleep.

This was a average hotel, nothing outstanding, was very surprised that this had a 9 rating as it was very noisy above us, we could also hear through the pipes when anyone was having a shower. worn rooms, breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular. Staff was polite and room was clean.

I was pleasantly surprised walking into Yellowstone River Inn & Suites. The front desk person smiled, was very warm, welcoming in her greeting. The room was spotless. I love the indoor hallways, as I felt very safe inside the hotel. Even though this is rated as a 2 star hotel, they are definitely 3-4 star in my book. My only concern is the continental breakfast, I wish there were more options for gluten free, dairy free, egg free, tea options. It was centrally located with a grocery store and Starbucks right next door, and only an hour or so to Yellowstone National Park. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in the area.
They even had an adorable little throw pillow with an embroidered state of Montana on the bed. Nice touch!

I liked the price and location, but the property was dated with very small bathrooms. Thought the room was clean, there were some uokeep issues and the toilet had toothoaste or something in it still from a previous visitor.

Nice hotel. Clean and moderately updated. After reading reviews was best hotel for the cost. Highly recommend if you don’t want to spend so much and was perfect for family of 5.

It was very clean! It was nice to come to a clean and modern hotel to sleep in.

Front desk was very helpful, polite and fun. Overall the stay was fine. We really only slept there. Breakfast was small. If you’re vegetarian you won’t be able to eat the potatoes as they put sausage in them. It leaves you with cereal, waffles/breads, eggs and yogurt. Would be nice to see some fresh fruit.
