It was a quiet stay. I arrived in the later hours of the evening and didn’t notice until day light the floors still had crumbs near the bed. Bed had hair stuck to the sheets. The water dripped throughout the night from the shower that I couldn’t figure out how to turn on. There was also hair in the shower. I only stayed one night so I didn’t pitch a fit but I’d rate my stay a little below average.

Bathroom vent had at least 1/2" of dust on and in it. Probably closer to 1". This was after the room had deep clean with very strong chemical smell. During the deep clean the whole cable system to the TV was never put back into place. The front desk was great about getting it setup again but never should have happened. Breakfast was a big variety of sub par food.

Wonderful stay the only thing you need is lids to the coffee the prevent someone from getting burned. I loved feeling special arriving and them giving me cookies and leaving and them giving me bottle of water with my name.

Parking lot is littered with trash. The walkways dirty. The tv remote was missing the back cover. One of the drawers in the dresser was very stained. The carpet in our room was not clean and my dog became very ill and i had to go to ER Vet after her eating Marijuana from the carpet. $300 vet bill. More than my 3 night stay price. Got an external room for ease of access to take my dog on walks. Bad idea. Several people hanging out on the balcony and ground floor being noisy. Ground floor right by the stairs people had 6 pool chairs set up outside their room blocking the sidewalk. Hotel location is convenient for shopping and food, also close to my family that i was visiting. Will look elsewhere next trip.

Very quiet. Not a fan of your housekeeping policy. Stayed for 5 nites and sink/tub never got wiped out and floor never vacuumed. Mattress was fantastic but hard to get into. A step stool would have been appreciated.

The room was very clean, the beds comfy and very pet friendly! First time traveling with a dog and they gave her dog treats when I checked in. My grand-daughter loved the pool and it was nice to relax after coming from the blue ridge parkway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I must apologize to the house keeper for leaving spilled dog food on the floor.

Room floor was filthy. Had to wear shoes entire time. No shampoo, bodywash dispenser was broken and unuseable. Glad I brought my own. Only 1 hanger. 1 drawer was not enough. No rack or dresser space for suitcases. Had to pick up and put on bed to get items. 1 chair to sit in. Had to sit on bed when not sleeping. We have been big fans of this location and will never stay again. Management/owner needs to steo it up.

If you’re looking for a hotel that is a stop in a road trip and you’re not looking for much else, this hotel will work. The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast had an extensive offering for the price. Other than that, simply average and a bit outdated.
