Overall the stay was good. Breakfast was great, room was very clean and comfortable. Shower head was built up with lime but had dove toiletries that was nice. View of the mountains from the room was incredible and that made up for the false impression that you get to use a balcony (the reason we booked this hotel was for the balcony) the balcony’s are not accessible even though every room has one- they are locked and now just for looks. Wish I would have known this before. Other than the false advertisement the stay was good but would book somewhere else with a balcony in the future. We also rented a car and somehow it got sideswiped in the parking lot after we had checked out and Uber’s back to LAX, and the hotel can’t realest footage without a police report we can’t make because we are now across the country so huge bill is r have to pay now.

It was clean but the sink was really high for short people and the water flow in the shower was minimal.

This place is amazing for the value it provided! Clean, spacious rooms, free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, microwave in our room, very reasonably priced!! We had a family emergency and our flight was delayed so they graciously offered a late checkout with no extra charge! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating so this was a 5 star experience all the way! Thanks so much!

Good place to stay. A little bit of homeless around the area, but one should not worry, there is a police presence and I felt safe with my family there. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and attentive.

In the past, we have stayed at Holiday Inns and have come to expect a certain level of quality and cleanliness. However, our recent experience at this property was quite different. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a standard selection and plenty of options. Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. The carpet was unclean and worn out, and the balcony was so dirty that we couldn't even step onto it. The windows were not soundproof, and we were disturbed by traffic noise and ambulance sirens throughout the night. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the gym and washrooms was below what we typically expect. Because of these issues, I would rate this stay lower compared to other Holiday Inn hotels we've visited, and we likely will not stay at this location again in the future. I also want to mention the surrounding area and neighborhood. We found the area to be less than ideal, and honestly, we felt a bit unsafe parking our car at night. Despite visible security, there were clear signs warning that if a car was stolen or damaged, it would be entirely the owner's responsibility.

Really quite impressive for its price. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice.
