We spent 3 nights at this hotel in Kittery. Breakfast every morning included(waffles, eggs, toasts, cereals, coffee, juice, muffins etc.), pool and fitness center downstairs. Our room has a lot of space with a queen bed, TV, desk with a chair, fridge and microwave. My only negative point if that the maid did not come to change the towels during our stay. It is an affordable hotel and I highly recommend it if you stay in Kittery.

Overpriced and dirty.

It was very nice...convenient, clean and nice breakfast with good variety; also very quiet and close to lots of things. Parking was great too. Very courteous staff.

Welcome back to the 90s, the décor is long overdue for an update. The bathroom looked like one i would see un bad apartments, the paint job is beyound me, no finesse, the paint dripped over or covered aime part of the furniture, the roof tiles in tha bathroom, the edge and top of the acrylic shower itself, the Mirror, the Floor tiles, the hairdrier support on the wall. The rug and it covers some if the edge above the ceiling. The desk has stickers on it and chips . IT looked cheap like an stat here Landlord special

Fine for what we needed for a night. Staff was lovely, kind, and welcoming.

The front reception staff was very pleasant! The hallways were dingy and the carpet on the floor was buckled in places, definitely a tripping hazard. This hotel is at best a 1 star. Our room had fantastic AC. The room was very well chilled which was perfect for sleeping. The beds weren’t comfortable but not terrible. The pillows were very much uncomfortable. One of the bedspreads was discolored and they looked like they came from a 1970’s horror film. On the headboard we found a tin of nicotine gum in a bright red package. Like you couldn’t miss it which leads me to believe the room wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower head had decent water pressure which was nice. The furniture was beat up and crumbling on the corners and the office chair was ripped and stained. I took a picture because I don’t want to be blamed for a smoking burn (we definitely do NOT smoke). We paid just under $700 CAD and I can’t understand how this hotel can possibly charge that kind of money. Also had continental breakfast included which was a pro. No hot items (except waffles and toast) but had a decent selection of cold items and nice hot coffee. Beats spending $20-30 for breakfast on the run. Oh yeah, and the television didn’t work. It kept losing signal and that was in both of our rooms.

Had positive interactions with night desk staff but other staff did not seen interested in issues that we had. When arriving to our room we found 1towel, no bath mat, no shampoo, toilet lsper was almost empty, no refill available and tissue box was empty. Bed cover was on bed wrong side up. Apparently a new housekeeper? Also dish satellitecwas out the majority of time we tried to use television.

The property is older. The owners are doing their best with what they have. They need to upgrade the mattresses and sticky enforce the no smoking law. Even though we were in a no smoking hallway, cigarette smoke was very prevalent.

Hotel was clean and easy to access. Needs to be updated a bit. There is some wear and tear from Over the years like peeling wallpaper, chipped paint. But the room was clean. The breakfast was good. And the pool was nice.

The experience convinced us that you can’t tell much from the photos shown online. The ceilings in both the rooms and the hallways were very low, just a bit over six feet, which was unpleasant and claustrophobic. The carpeting in the hallways was dingy. The entrance area was dingy and inappealing. The toilet in the bathroom was small and low to the ground. The amenities in the room were pretty standard and ok. On arrival the woman at the front desk was hard to understand at first because she continued talking with her Mouth full of food. The woman who replaced her shortly after was very helpful and especially pleasant. The little store by the front desk had depleted stock and was kept under lock and key. The setting of the hotel with parking lots and commercial buildings on the sides wasn’t appealing. All In all it was ok but definitely not worth the money.

The room was awful, old, smelled like smoke. Water damaged.I wanted to leave but every place was booked. If I could attached pictures I would.

Dated 70's room. Limited breakfast. Poor internet connection. Front desk unfriendly. Bed mattress very uncomfortable. Room cleaning people very friendly and accommodating.

In need of some updating. The pool was freezing. The place seemed deserted for staff.

Clean building, room was good and clean

The female housekeeper was rude and disrespectful. She started yelling at my party and I. There is mold in the room and inside the ac / heat unit in the room. There are no outlets near the head of the bed to charge your cell phone. The building is aging and the floors creek throughout the building.

This was a very old building with no elevator which was unusual!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room and bathroom. It is definitely showing its age, some cracked floor tiles in the bath, furniture is showing wear, but the mattress was firm with no saggy spots and everything was clean.

The lobby and hallways smell of smoke, chipped bathroom tiles, extremely outdated interior. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

The hotel would need to be refreshed. The lobby is not very welcoming. The plastic screens that were installed during Covid were still closing the reception desk and there were 3 unecessary tables stacked against the re eption desk. The humidity could be felt everywhere from the carpet to the furniture textiles, curtains and bed covers. The breakfast corner was well.

Bedding and linens were clean. TV worked as it should. All in all, the entire property needs an upgrade.

The hotel has the basics for your stay

The staff were very friendly and check in and out were very easy, however there was an odor in the hotel and when we turned our beds down, the sheets were dirty/stained and the sheets on one bed had male parts drawn on them. After that we just had the creepy crawly feeling.

Great location! Cleanliness and service were fine. The decor is outdated and bathroom could use some upgrades.

The property was ok mostly clean, The rates were misquoted and for an average 229 for a Friday and 209 for Saturday with no concern of any type of discounts because of third party booking keeps people from returning to there again. Rooms were not cleaned while there had to ask for some items after we got there. the amount spent was not matched with amenities. Not easy for handy capped people. we have used Wyndham before and this was not like it was before.

Staff very friendly , facility outdated . Smell not the greatest . Decent place to stay for a quick overnight with kids . Kids had fun in the pool .
