No hot water at all and room stank

Updated, looked fresh painted. All ok, decent bed. Would reccomend. Flannigans is a decent restaurant next door with 10% off of food with hotel stay. Parking can get limited because of restaurant.

Extremely disappointed. No parking as the restaurant patrons next door use it and the hotel does not govern it. No hot water the 1st night. The sliding doors actually had sticky tape in the middle to try and seal them, as they are bolted shut on both sides, and they flex when you push on them with your hand. They charge $1.50 per night room service (no big deal) but don't charge for a service which you do not provide. The AC unit was so loud it woke you up in the night when it came on and there is a railroad track nearby and through the night when the freight trains come through they were so loud and blew there horns continuously not to mention how loud the traffic was, due to the non sealed window. Plus the access doors that say "must remain locked 24 hours" were never locked! If I could leave negative stars I would.

No elevator walking up flights of stairs with luggage.
AC not working yes we we offered another room however we were already unpacked. Phone in room did not work and found roach remains in the room Staff was helpful however with the condition of the facility its only so much they were able to do.

Not very clean, roaches, broken toilet, hole in wall, broken door knob, dirty and smelly carpet and bed, gross bath mat, rusty shower fixtures, dirty socks on floor, and dirty glass door for balcony. Empty toilet paper, join in door didn’t work, found drugs on the floor, pool was closed for most of our stay when weather was nice out. Night shift staff was very disappointing.

Did not have a gd stay. Hotel had an issue with my reservation. Room needed a good cleaning. Toilet top shifted when you sat down. Room cleaning not very good

This hotel tried to charge me an extra night and an extra $100 after I stayed one night. Had to cancel my card and get my money back. Would not recommend.

Everything went well at checkout breakfast was fairly decent I don't really like the $100 deposit which takes 3 to 4 to 5 days to get back but other than that everything was pretty good

I wa unaware a 100 dollar refundable deposit was required. The check in person was just rude about it. The very least tge could do is write refundable and highlighit tge word refundable and the word deposit. That way if the check on person is TIREd of explaining it...she wont have to take her frustration out on. Unsuspecting customers. I went up the road and had a much better experience. still waiting on my refund for the booking. Services were not provided.I never got yo stay in the room

Check in and out were a breeze and stay was nice and quiet, they tried to clean every day and the cleaning staff is amicable and responds your request and questions, breakfast is Ok not continental but Ok

The property was decent but run down. Breakfast was cereal or yogurt… not really breakfast to me.

There where police there at check in. False alarm but not the best welcome. AC in the room was off at arrival so that took a while to cool off. Its old and kimd of run down so dont expect a newer or renovated property. Its not a place i would go back to but overall it did the job by being able to rest for the night.

The hotel met our needs for our short stay but I was not impressed with the room we were given. The window was covered with a plastic film and we could not see out! When I opened the window the view was of a roof top covered with air conditioning units. It would have been nice to be able to see the sky!

Excellent place, price, location, customer service and super clean.The only thing I would change is the shower and the TV for a modern one with Roku or something similar. In general....SUPER RECOMMENDED

Very disappointed, internet doesn’t work on the second floor, no late check out , not even a half hour as a one time courtesy!!
And I had insects staying in the room with me!

I stayed on the second floor for 3 days for business. The internet doesn’t always work on the second floor it keeps going on and off, they wouldn’t give me a courtesy one hour late check out. And if you look at the picture I uploaded you’ll see a cockroach on the wall behind the TV

The only complaint I have is the a/c in the room wasn’t on and the room was 90 degrees . Took a few hrs to cool .
