It was clean and well maintained. Lighting outside was very adequate. The staff were nice as well.

Friendly, going staff! I came here with my 3 kids and they went out of their way to provide excellent service at the front desk and restaurant. Room was very clean and spacious also.

It was unique and pretty on the interior. Only downfall is you have to pay extra for breakfast if you want it.

Poor air conditioner neither room we stayed in got cooled off stayed warm all night and a bunch of tweakers walking around all time of day and night

The area around the property was full of homeless people. The rooms were run down and indoor pool was freezing. They didn’t have any extra blankets. Was fine just to sleep in but wouldn’t really recommend when there’s a dury inn or double tree across the street that look nicer

Nice place. Staff was great, good food and drinks. Room appeared clean and the bed was very comfortable. But the room was infested with fruit flies and i never at anytime had food in my room. Ended up catching one in my eye and got a nasty infection

We were only there for one night and we checked in late and left early for a 5:55 am flight. We chose the hotel because of it's location and because it had a free shuttle to the airport.

We were traveling through Springfield and booked our room on Hotels.com on 7/7 at 1230 am. We arrived at the hotel around 1 am on 7/7. They refused to let us check in. We were told our check-in was booked for 7/7 at 300pm. We explained we just booked the room intending on an immediate check-in. We were forced to pay again to check-in despite the amount we had already paid Hotels.com. We paid the fee because we were exhausted. I requested a refund of the amount from Hotels.com and the manager, Eric Vincent declined the refund. I understand maintaining policies, but to not adjust a reservation due to confusion on check-in time and requiring the customer to pay the fee again is just poor customer service. Review of hotel: The hotel shows significant wear. The rooms were very clean but the overall hotel has not been updated since early 1990. There is fake ivy hanging everywhere, giant 1990s tourch lamps in the common area, and a parking lot that has seen much better days. The pool was cloudy and needed to be shocked. I'm very disappointed in the customer service, customer recovery, and maintenance of the hotel. There are other options in the area that I suggest you consider.

Was a good hotel. A little old but good, and clean.

Fantastic hotel!!! Beautiful inside, the room was very clean and comfortable!! 10/10 recommend, only downside was the pool was way over chlorinated so we weren’t able to swim in it.

I especially liked the bungie jumping area located on the roof.

No ice. No breakfast included. Shower flooded out into the room.

Need more help at front desk. During checking there was a line and person at the desk was taking phone calls and checking in people

i would go back. nothing to write home about. but it was pretty nice room and clean. no breakfast unless you paid extra that kinda stink. besides that the only big issue is if you put the incidental charge on a card dont expect to get it back in your account anytime soon!! … on the 11th day waiting i called again and found out it will be held/pending for another 8 days!!! this is the longest ever and hotel says they released it but bank shows differently. so idk. bit heads up in case it happens to you.

I feel like the stay was nice but probably would not stay again. I thought breakfast was included but it would be like $12, it would have added another $50 to our stay. It seems like you could set up a breakfast area with a limited menu. Even if you broke even on the breakfast I think you would get more travelers as a result. Most every hotel now has some sort of free breakfast now
