The fireplace in our room didn’t work that’s one reason we got the room!!! Was very disappointed told them they were going to have maintenance come up but never showed up!!! There was no towels in the pool area when our kids got out!!!

I booked for Nov 1st - Nov 4th for me and my husband birthday weekend. When I first tried placing my reservation the gentleman online kept trying to get me to pay up front although it clearly says pay at site. When we got there you can tell the place was dated and needed to be renovated. There were signs on the front entrance stating the doors were broken. The bar attached was closed the entire time but we were told it would be open later that night. We were told continental breakfast was included but they do not serve it. We went to the restaurant attached for breakfast and there was one cook, one waitress and our food was cold and greasy. Mostly all the elevators and ice machines were broken and we were on the third floor and had to go to the first floor if we needed ice. The fireplace in our room did not work and they offered for us to go up to the fourth floor which we declined due to the broken elevators (we took the stairs) most of our stay. I was told my card would be charged upon discharge but the next morning I was charged. Pool and hot tub did not work and the hallways are very creepy and long and deserted. No courtesy coffee in the lobby. The pot was only there one day and they both were empty. The staff was friendly and the room was clean but dated. The view from our window was the top of a seedy looking hotel next door where people hung out drinking. This was at the back door that we had to use due to the broken elevators. There was no bar door lock to secure you

Overall it was a good stay. Room was cleanly and staff was friendly. Hotel was doing some painting in the halls causing smells. Some issues with TV operation. Poor water pressure in shower.

We stayed here one year ago and now this year and it keeps getting worse with more things broken and not fixed, smells of mold and nasty food in the hallways and rooms. Staff walking around with air freshener spraying the halls to make it smell better. Our room had a jacuzzi tub that looks disgusting, elevators broken, ice and vending machines broken, hot tub broken, outdoor pool locked and I assume broken, trash not being picked up around the hotel. We stayed because it was all that was available. Won't make that mistake again, would rather sleep in car

I would never stay here again - all the hallways were dirty and smelled of chlorine and mildew - the side entrance door was unlocked so anyone could have walked in and gone through all the hallways. there were nosee'um tiny flies in the room. I was afraid to leave my luggage unzipped.
This morning there was a heavy chemical smell in the entire lobby.
The parking lot had equipment in the parking slots.
I would never go to this one again.

I would say that the price is appropriate for what you get. We enjoyed our stay and made the best out of it. There is not a free breakfast that I know of that was offered here. I would read the other comments and make your choice off of those as well.

Room was updated and very nice, leading to a comfortable stay. My only complaint is about the water pressure. It was so weak that it took 10 or so minutes to get half a tub of water, and the drain leaked out all the water in about 20 minutes: so much for a long soak. The shower was equally weak, and part of the nozzle came off when I turned it to get better pressure. But the shower was clean, and fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The outdoor pool was closed and that was not listed on the expedia site when we booked and that was a major thing for a hot july weekend. The room had double beds on queen platforms, the water was not super hot and the rooms we were in smelled like chlorine as near indoor pool. I would never stay here again !

Service was good. However, hotel is a little tired and needs an update. Big water spot on ceiling from a previous leak. Odd that there was no coffee maker in room although there was coffee and tea available. We were hesitant to heat up water in the microwave in the room for fear the styrofoam cups would melt in the process. Expected a little more from a 155 unit hotel.

Where to begin: The photos at there website are from a better time or cleaned up for show. Not what we found, unfortunately, as we hoped for a four night stay!
Checked in on 7/14 discovered the restaraunt was closed and Monday. The elevator was out of order by our room. The room is not what we asked for, so we requested a move close to the orher operating elevator. The halls were humid, carpets dirty, ice machines out of order, Hot Tub was down, tv remote did not work, A/C in room hard on my breathing, and, to top it off, the outdoor pool was not open, Health Dept. Issue? We stayed one night and moved. Recieved a refund for other three nights. Moved on. Employees put a good face on a diffucult situation. Definetly an ownership issue.

The hotel advertises a bar and an outdoor pool. The bar was closed because they do not have a liquor license. The outdoor pool was not open. I was told it was not open because it’s seasonal. This was in the middle of July with temperatures in the 90s. The indoor pool was nice, but the advertised spa was not working. The TV didn't work. This hotel needs to redo their promotional material because it’s incorrect. One of the glass entrance door had a large crack, and the property around then perimeter was dirty. Very disappointing experience.

This has gone down hill quickly in the past year. Bed was good, TV worked. Other than that. Poor. Ice makers and1 elevator not working. Toilet, low water pressure in shower. No soap. Front door glass spider cracked with no tape over it. Broken glass in many areas of parking lot. Carpet in halways very dirty

Seems like the hotel was recently renovated but has not been well maintained since. Was told hot tub hasn't worked for a while. Outdoor pool not working. One (out of two) elevator not working. Only one ice maker was working. Had a room that was advertised as having 2 queen beds. The room had full size mattresses on the queen size metal bed frames. So besides having a smaller bed you kept hitting your shins on the bed frame. The soap dispenser in the bathtub was empty. When we informed the front desk was told they notify housekeeping and have them fill it when they serviced the room. Housekeeping never showed

Both my husband and I felt unsafe in the hotel. It was obvious that the hotel was housing migrates. There was a hotel next to the Wyndham that had all migrates in the hotel and they were all in the parking area which was to be used by us for the Wyndham. The hotel was run down and we were also woken up at 6:30am by someone yelling in the hallway. We were very happy to leave and will never be back. Very sad because we know the Warsaw area very well and it is a nice community. Never expected this.

This place is old and in need of love. It's not cared for the best. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. They left trail size and the toilet handle had to be held down for 5 seconds for the toilet to flush.The HDMI cable was unplugged from TV. The bathroom door knob wouldn't work all the time without lifting the door. The beds are smaller than the frame it sits on. I could keep on going...hot tub out of commission. I recommend the Best Western Plus instead! Better rates and newer place, but was booked solid.

I paid way too much for this property. Only reason i chose this n property over another is the hot tub. HOT TUB HAS BEEN DOWN FOR WEEKS. I had to make sur emy door was completely shut because it didnt latch and the security to come in the bilding on the sides waa wide open. Did not need a key. Anyone could come in. Limited dining times.

This was the most disappointing rip off!!! We paid for a king room Jacuzzi. This was clearly advertised. But when we checked in they gave us a room without a jacuzzi. The desk attendant was rude and unwilling to help fix the issue. Made us call Expedia was hold for over 20 minutes just for the Expedia representative called me a lyre! That I should have call when I booked the room or I needed to take a screenshot to prove that the site was wrong. I even paid up for the room. After all of this the hotel desk person told the Expedia representative that they did not have the room we booked and that they would need to tell me this. I was standing right at the desk!! I have never felt so disrespected. As for the hotel it self we pick this hotel because the advertised they had 2 pools, hot and full service restaurant. The restaurant was closed along with the hot tub and outside pool. So I ended up overpaying for a hotel room that did not have what I was promised and then was called a lyre. Like it was my fault the Expedia web site miss advertised the room I booked. The hotel said I should not of used a booking site I should have booked with them it was not there problem. I will make sure to let everyone know how awful my experience was with Expedia and with the Wyndham Garden Hotel.

This hotel needs serious work. The website said nothing about the pool or hot tub being down. Would definitely affect their bookings.
Rooms are humid, my towel was still wet at 10:00 pm from a 5:30 am shower.
I had no no hand soap, no shampoo and no body in the shower.
You would think if someone truly cleaned the room they would restocked these basic necessities.
With all the choices in town this would be the last place I would recommend to stay for your visit to Warsaw.

We rented a double room. In one room Window was stuck open we couldn’t close it. Room smelled like curry. The other room smelled like old maybe the Ac unit. We were sad no hot tube out of service. The outside pool wasn’t open either. The center point of your hotel the hot tube and pools. The check in man was very kind helped and friendly the bed was very comfortable. You all need a few things to fix up. Overall we enjoyed our stay Thank you a returning guest

Unfortunately, this place was not like all the reviews and pictures online state. The outside pool is not working and someone said it has not been open for a very long time. The hot tub wasn't working and again I hear this has been this way for a very long time. The indoor pool wasn't very clean, and it was 100 degrees in there in the room. The side entrance had trash all piled up with cigarette butts and beer cans and broken glass. definitely won't be a hotel I will stay at again.
