We arrived an hour and a half early to check in time, but Benjamin got us into our room within 30 minutes. Rock on, Benjamin. Chicken jerky treats for our dog as well. Room was nice, comfortable. Too bad there’s no hot tub, but we knew it going in. Breakfast was passable, could have a bit more variety. Would stay again.

The dog park area needs work and late night. There are definitely rough characters around. Watch a couple of truckers, almost fight in the back area when we're trying to take our dog outside lots of drinking and rough housing.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. They gave me treats for my dogs and there is even a specific dog area in the back of the hotel. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. A perfect stay when passing through Miles City on a road trip.

Nice clean facility, Benjamin checked us in was very thorough explaining hotel amenities. Would definitely recommend to others.

Easy access off the interstate

It’s always a reliable, affordable place to stay. It’s our #1 place to stay in Miles City whenever we travel through Montana!

This was a good, quick overnight stay. Breakfast good also.

We have always enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn but this time there were a few things not quite up to par. The Ice Bucket Lid was extremely dirty on the inside so we had to put something over the ice so that the lid wouldn't touch it. Also, the Window wouldn't close completely and it was a little more than chilly at night. Lastly, the Elevator was acting as if it was on it's last leg. When the elevator would arrive to the floor you were headed to it would violently shake and make the most gosh awful sound. I was very afraid that we were going to get stuck inside. I would like to mention a couple of positives though. The man who checked us in and out had a wonderful welcoming personality. Also, my husband left an article of clothing behind and we didn't notice it until we arrived back home. I called and asked if they had found it and they did and we set up a time for my son to come over and get it. Thank you to the woman who took my call. She was very gracious in her demeanor. We would stay here again.

This motel was welcoming with helpful staff and fresh cookies! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent!

Very comfy bed, walk in shower. Staff at the desk was very efficient and kind. Good hot breakfast!

My wife was stuck in the snow storm and was unable to make it to the hotel. We were not allowed to cancel the reservation.

The sleep Inn was great, and the pet fee was reasonable.. The breakfast was great, tasty, and service was impeccable.. The hotel service was great!
