The gentleman that checked us in was amazing. MICHAEL. He was friendly and welcoming. The bed was terrible, it was slanted. The head was down, feet were elevated like it had been broken. Im allergic to cats and my husband had to go buy Benadryl because i had a reaction. So someone must've had a pet previously in the room. The room appeared to be clean but because of the reaction and the bed I didn't really enjoy it.

PDX - My stay was good. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful. He was very apologetic about the fact that the shuttle to pick up hotel guests at the airport didn't run after 11 pm.
I was shocked and angry to find that they would not be picking me up! My flight landed at just before 11 pm and I called to get picked up just after 11 pm and was told there was no shuttle service available to pick me up!! There are numerous flights that land after 11 pm, yet Clarion does not have shuttle service after this time! I had to take a Lyft to the hotel ($19 to go 3 miles!).
I will not ever be using Clarion (or their affiliates) property's services again.
I do not recommend anyone booking with them, especially if your flight will or might arrive after 11 pm.

The staff was great. The property was under renovation and didn't appear complete. Complimentary breakfast was fine. The room was quiet and clean.

Great place for an overnight stay after an evening flight arrival. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed picking blackberries outside by the river where we saw lots of rabbits. Room layout was a little bit narrow for our family of 3, but not a big deal.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which is very needed. Parts of the hotel were old and musty smelling. The room was comfortable but run-down with mold in the corners of the shower and chipped up furniture. The breakfast decent.

We were informed once we got there it’s in the process of being sold - so construction on site. It’s very rundown. Dirty carpets, broken fixtures, room smelled musty. We only needed it for one night luckily - but the cost was not worth it.

Hotel is under construction so all was not clean and tidy, but the lobby, outdoor patio, breakfast area, and parking lot were in great condition and that’s all the mattered to us. Front desk staff where friendly and helpful. Excellent location if you need to be by the airport.

I recently stayed at the Clarion Hotel and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The place was dirty, with filthy carpets and uncovered electrical outlets in the rooms, which posed a safety hazard. The bathrooms had mold, adding to the overall unpleasantness. To make matters worse, the hotel was under construction, and the work continued all night, making it impossible to get any rest. I do not recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel location and decent parking lot , unfortunately we are staying during construction, so we didnt get a chance to use their gym / pool . Breakfast wasnt much variety .

Lovely room, quiet and clean. The front desk staff were so nice and welcoming, and helpful no matter the hour.
The breakfast buffet was better than I expected, and derailed my plan to pop across the street to Shari’s, one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast when traveling.

The hotel was great. Please know that they're going through a remodel and there's construction going on. But the staff is keeping up with the mess quickly. The staff was the best part about this property. Accommodating and so helpful. I think a lot of people might rate them lower due to the construction, but it looks like the outcome will be great!

This hotel should be closed during renovations. Pool and jacuzzi closed. 1st floor looks like construction site. The water was shut off for 5 hrs due to construction. Extremely outdated rooms. Crack in shower tiles, bathroom mirror frame is gross dirty outdated looking snd pillows are horrible.

I normally stay at Hampton Inn & your price was better. Now that I’m on Social Security saving dollars is more important. Glad to know that Clarion is there for me. It was clean, quiet, and updated - all that I’m used to at Hampton Inn. Thanks for a great stay!!

Checked in with ease. Hotel is under renovations, be aware of that. Staff is friendly. Only drawback was the shuttle to the airport didn’t encompass my travel times, which is totally fine. Worked around that. All in all, it was a nice place to stay for the night pre-flight.

The lady who checked us in was extremely kind and considerate. We got in very late after a delayed flight and she was truly caring about our comfort there.

My sister and I stayed at the Clarion Hotel for one night. We walked in and were not aware they were under construction. Not a bother though. We were able to utilize the close diners and the ability to purchase adult beverages on site.

The hotel is undergoing extensive remodeling. The pool and gym are not open. That was disappointing because I was counting on walking on a treadmill and using the equipment. It was too hot during our stay to walk outside.

The property is under construction if I would have know this I would have booked elsewhere. I have a nine month old who is learning to crawl, the carpet in the bedroom and halls had been installed with staples, those staples are now exposed. One of the exit door locking mechanisms wires hung out of the wall and the bare wire was also exposed to the elements. All this made me uneasy.
