Great hotel & amenities, close to train station

Location was very convenient to the train station. Breakfast was good. Room's were functional. Air Conditioned room which was nice, but the A/C vent blows onto your face from about 6 inches away from the bed. Overall good value for quick stay in Frankfurt.

This hotel is in the middle of lots of activities, main train station, business, Kaiser strasse, and night life, the night people is something the hotel can’t control, but overall it’s very safe inside the hotel, the breakfast is good, at a good price. I would recommend this hotel, but it’s not the best place for kids or family.

Very close to Frankfurt Hbf. My single room was small but clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Very good breakfast. Good value for the price I paid

Very conveniently located on a quiet street a few hundred meters from the Frankfurt Hbf, many restaurants and convent stores close by. Room is small but clean and efficiently layout. Great breakfast. The only reason preventing a 5 star is that the lighting conditions inside the room could be improved. Overall, great value.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here 3 times and will stay again. Staff are excellent. The immediate area across from the station and on walk to hotel will put many off but just ignore the locals who are on drugs as they are not really any harm to tourists and Police presence is high. Hotel is clean, safe, pleasant and slick.

It’s a nice hotel but horrible horrible area to stay in. I didn’t check the area before booking for my friend and I. We are both young females traveling together. We had a layover in Frankfurt so we figured we stay somewhere near. When we arrived, we asked the desk if there were any food options nearby (at 10pm) he said “Oh sure just walk around outside and you’ll find plenty” LITTLE did we know we found ourselves in the most dangerous part of Frankfurt. We walked outside with no knowledge of how crazy it is just around the corner. We were also afraid someone would follow us back into the hotel (anyone could walk in and the locks looked flimsy on the doors and no key needed up elevator) so we boarded up our doors with suitcases. Call us paranoid, but for a hotel in that area, have better security and concierge with common sense to not go ahead and tell two young women to just walk and see for ourselves

clean, nice friendly staff

Not my best experience and on top of everything no WIFI, which I needed to work.

Main issues are noisevand poor wifi. I could not get reception and i was only 1 level from the lobby. Windows seemed thick, but, let in all the noise. Curtains were equally poor at keeping light out. Mattress and pillow were poor. I didnt get any sleep.

Hotel Concorde is good to stay but hotel's around is not safe. One street away from the hotel is not safe. But the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent, definitely worth the 12€. There is also a market across the street which is a plus.

The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is dirty, unsafe and unsavory, especially at night. Completely not the fault of the hotel. The hotel, however, is pleasant with responsive staff. The room is a little small but functional. The hotel is very conveniently located across from the Frankfurt Bahnhof - easy access to the U-, S-Bahn and international trains. I'd recommend this place if it weren't for the neighborhood.

5mins walk from Frankfurt main train station. Good location but it’s very close to RLD. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Value for money. Will go again!

Horrible internet connection!! Elevator only goes to the 5th floor so we had to haul our suitcases up and down the last flight of stairs.

Ok, especially for the price. But no proper pillow. One super-thin pillow, about 1cm thick. If you are used to sleeping on a pillow, you need to bring your own. There is nothing in the room that can be used as a pillow either, so if you travel light you may have a problem.

Disgusting rug, foreign hairs in bathroom, I am a size 0 and was very difficult to shower / maneuver to put the soap on. The hotel is on Karlstrasse am bahnhofviertel, which is extremely dirty and unsafe. The beds were so uncomfortable and, the pillows? They seemed to be made out of wood. Will never EVER stay here again. I booked this hotel trusting the "excellent, 4 star" rating from this app and others. It seems that AI has taken over and nothing can be trusted so, back to good old city data research before booking another hotel. This hotel is a 2.7 star at best!

Great hotel, conveniently located. Single rooms are small but sufficient for a business trip. Second time here and I shall definitely come back.

Not bad bit dirty and old

Staff are fabulous and friendly. Location of hotel is brilliant less than 5 minutes from Train Station. And thats where problem start, beggars, gangs of lads on corners, fighting amongst themselves. The constant sirens, the traffic, building work. I went away for a break, come home more tired than I went. Frankfurt is lovely but does have alot of problems most of them near this hotel.

Stay at this hotel was just ok! It did its job of having a place to sleep and shower but other than these aspects of the hotel, I do not recommend it. It is situated near Frankfurt’s red light district with druggies and homeless are around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. I would stay here again.

Terrible WiFi in my room.

You will be walking through an area where drugs are sold but it is heavily policed and everyone leaves you alone. You will soon ignore it easily enough.

Overall pleasant stay and good value for the price I paid.
