I picked this hotel based on location and the advertised free breakfast. Despite signs indicating hours for breakfast and a map showing "breakfast room" location, they no longer offer it. Really wished i had known that because it messed up my planning and I would have picked a different hotel for my family. To add insult to injury we walked backed to our room after discovering the lack of breakfast to find that the door sensor to our room was broken, leaving us stranded and hungry. Eventually,
maintenance had to find a key to let us back in. Can't say I'm ever going to return to this hotel in the future, simply not worth the slightly cheaper price in the end. Only pro was the quality of the towels.

Stayed there for a hockey tournament. Decent hotel for the price. Too many cars close to room that revved up their engines loud at midnight! Not hotels fault but parking is right outside door

The overnight stay at this hotel was very good. The hotel acomodated all of our needs as requested ahead of time ( pet and late check out)

They don't do enough to stop the people from smoking in the rooms. the rooms be engulfed with smoke at a certain hour at night and in the middle of the day

The staff is fine, its the guess. They smoke in the rooms and you can smell it all night. The guests makes noises all throughout the night

Not a bad place. Pluses - Large room, clean, good area of town. Minuses - WiFi sporadic, thin walls, strange noise on night 2, loud buzz of an electric saw. Not a regrettable 4 nights.

The staff and everything are great it's the guess that are the problem, when they break the rules and smoke in the rooms or when their having intercourse, they like to be very loud with no decency or respect for the other guests with children.

Its not the property or the staff, it's the guest smoking inside the rooms when their not supposed too. Its the guest making unnecessary noise and being rude and not respectful of the other guest.The property is fine until those guest come in.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and both stays were excellent. The only thing that it needs is free continental breakfast. I recommend it to everyone who wants the beach experience or shopping, this area has a lot of nice places to shop.

I had a nice stay. It was a weekend so there was noise but not excessive. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom was nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included in the shower in dispensers. Only drawback was there were no drawers to put your things away. There is a closet to hang things. I would return again.

Walk-in shower, trash was emptied daily, loved that. What we didn't like was that coffee maker was placed in the bathroom area, where you wash your hands, brush your teeth, etc. Should have been placed where tv table is at.

Third time here as it's very good for my dog. However, the internet and tv service is terrible. I have had 3 rooms and none of them had good internet - couldn't even easily use my cell phone as that signal was terrible in all 3 rooms as well.
As it is close to my daughter's home in Redondo Beach, it's a good location and facility. However, am planning on another long stay this summer and do not want to come here again as too difficult for internet (and tv has limited options as well - no ABC or the NBA playoffs last weekend). They need to fix this.

It was awesome as always! The only "issue" was that the top drawer of the dresser doesnt stay closed, I kept calling it the ghost drawer lol. Oh- another actual issue was that the bathroom doorknob was put on backwards, so ny son almost locked me in the bathroom.

Nice and quiet but window covering was a weird screen that we could see through when pulled down so unnerving that people could see in as easily if it was supposed to be one way?
No usb ports for charging. Luckily we had devices that could do power plugs
