This is a good stay for the budget minded. This microtel is a bit aged compared to the other microtels I have stayed at, and could use a refresh. With that said it was clean and quiet. Only real negative is this hotel does not have a elevator. You will be carrying bags up the stairs if you end up on the second floor. Breakfast isnt worth the time. But thats just me

I literally left this place after checking in. It was dated, really rundown, the bedroom was just average, and the bedding was very shabby. Sheets and pillowcases looked old and wrinkled, almost as if they had been slept in. One pillowcase was slightly yellow. After checking in, I left and went somewhere else.

Overall it was a great stay. Clean and comfy room, decent breakfast, free parking, but most of all the staff had a pleasant attitude.

My husband stays there when working in the area and he would love if rooms had a refrigerator and microwave but not a deal breaker.

Great location to get to the airport the following morning. Everything was good and the rate was much better than other places near the airport.

Stains on walls , putting a loaf of bread in a case is not breakfast.

Staff is very friendly and hotel is very clean. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind.

When we arrived for a family funeral we checked into the hotel. Ran up to the room. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Walked into the room it also smelled like smoke. So I turned on the AC. We had to go to the services. I have very bad asthma. I requested non smoking room. So I was having some breathing issues Returned to the hotel lobby after the services Even the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. I told the clerk we couldn’t stay, due to the fact that the smell of the smoke was making my asthma worse. She offered to change the rooms but then again the smell was everywhere She also asked if I had booked online which I did. No refund or even an offer of anything So we had to find another hotel that eve and pay for the Smokey one too besides dealing with the funeral for the next day. Not a good situation at all

1. Liked: Price, Ease of rental, Location in Capital District, good breakfast :) 2. Could be lots better: Far too many non-English-speaking staff! Randomly unable to connect to Internet & WiFi, Shower curtain rod broken and not fixed, although I reported it, resulting in shower water pouring all over the floor because of this problem. Had to jury-rig a fix myself for a problem that should have had a higher priority on management's fix-it list. I was never offered any monetary or promotional consideration for my personal time & effort, either! Really bad grades for this issue! :(

The hotel is ok for 1 night stay. Overall, condition was ok but there was a smell indoors. Felt stuffy and a bit smelly. I didn't think was worth the money.

It was just outwardly attractive.

It has a strange and outdated smell. There is no coffee machine in the room, and breakfast is limited. The front desk called me at 11 p.m., asking for my credit card. I was in pajamas, so I said no.

The staff was great but the the floor was sticky AF toilet was dirty AF (the back of the toilet where the seat screws in. The screws were visible and brownish. There also appeared to be a boogie on the end of the bed. This places does not market itself as a micro motel. screens were falling off windows. not a kid friendly location. Breakfast was mediocre

We have stayed here many times in the past it’s convenient, always well-maintained, and the dinner options are plentiful.

Nice stay for the price

I stayed twice… 7/23 & 7/28. Satisfied both times wit everything but the staff working the registration desk when I checked in 7/28. Horrible man.

Repeat stay for me. Perfect place for my needs- close to airport & I-87. Clean, quiet & comfortable. Staff friendly & helpful (except for the very unprofessional man working the evening shift on the registration desk when I arrived. 🙁 I knew he was not typical of the staff at this hotel but nearly left anyway. He was that bad.)
