Super clean. Very comfortable. Hot water took awhile to get warm and then progressed to scalding even with turning the temp down dramatically. Hot tub was also extremely hot. Front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. Overall great experience!

Good one night stay. Was not impressed with the room layout. The sink is outside of the bathroom. Not convenient.

We stayed for 4 days. Both pool and hot tub were right off the bat was out of service when we checked in. Hot tub they said will be out of service for a bit due to a part being on back order. The pool, they thought it was fixed but found out it was not. Ceiling around the corner from the office was leaking. So the had two mop buckets in the hallway for the dripping water. My kids never saw the pool to use while on our vacation out of state. Very sad. The lady at the desk kept complaining about her job. I more and likely will not stay here again when we come back out there.

The pool was full of gravel on the bottom. Constant beeping coming from the pool equipment room. No extra toilet paper in room. No soap in room. Desk clerk was a hit and miss to catch. Just an okay experience. Nothing special for sure.

The location was a bit remote from shops but there were no sketchy people around because of that. Lots of parking, breakfast was included so that was super convenient. Clean nice rooms, very friendly staff

Arrived to find the hot tub had gone out and I only book hotels with hot tubs when traveling allday by motorcycle. Staff was a little different and offended when I wanted to look for another hotel and implied they would not support the refund when Expedia called. It was suprising that they were still cleaning rooms at 6 PM when we checked in.

I can't ever remember staying in a worse hotel! We had to finish making the bed before we could get into it. The sheets were barely on the mattress. The shower had mildew & mold on the tile & grout. I'm not sure weather it is a lack of help or a lack of training. But we will not be staying in a Best Western again anytime soon.

Not the property fault but some people parked their car outside our window and left their dog in it overnight - dog barked from about 3am until they left at 730am. Besides that, breakfast - sausage and eggs were cold when we ate at 9am. Staff were fine.

Was a nice stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent, friendly & helpful. Parking lot and grounds clean and well lighted. Only one small thing was we stayed for three days and no one ever checked on the room so our trash got full, and the parking lot trash was full as well ha ha. Everything was quite good however.
