It was over all a great stay

Wonderful stay. Perfectly clean. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will come back again!

Looked like brand new hotel, so, difficult to say anything negative about cleanliness. The hotel offered an indoor pool, breakfast included and was close from downtown Winchester.

It was clean and everything went as planned. I made my reservation on the Expedia website one day in advance. When I arrived, I basically walked in told the front desk my last name and they handed me my room key. Simple the way o like it.

The hotel looked really nice and had great amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the indoor pool. I saw several negative reviews regarding the breakfast, but I'm guessing it has changed - they have breakfast sandwiches, bagels, yogurt, muffins, cereal, etc. So not bad for an included breakfast. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. My only complaint was that my 5 year old son and I were woken up at 1:30 to a bunch of drunk people outside our door. The people were shrieking and slamming doors, it was very obnoxious. Not the hotels fault per se, but ruined our sleep. I would consider staying here again.

We prefer ice bucket in the room and a coffee maker in the room.

It was convenient to the highway and there were restaurants all around.

Hotel was nice for a one nite stay was not pleased with the girl at the front desk not very pleasant checked in in the middle of the day was not busy so was not a good start to my stay.

I loved the luxury vinyl flooring in the rooms. It’s so much cleaner than nasty carpeting.

No coffee maker, no microwave, no clock in the room. No way of having a hot drink when required ! The breakfast was dreadful. No hot food, no cereal, no bread. If you liked bagels and jam it was perfect ! It should be called Hotel by SPARSE. We would not go there again

The hotel smelled very good and clean. The facility was very clean. We walked across the street to eat. Conveniently located.

This was a 3 night stay for our grandson's graduation. The room was clean and neat and new. Perfectly adequate.BUT, we hadn't realized that rooms were only "refreshed" every other day. When we returned to the room on the THIRD day and it still had not had beds "refreshed", towels had not been collected and replaced, trash had not been emptied~~I went to the desk and alerted them to the problem. They apologize and said it would be corrected by the time we came back. That evening when we returned, it was STILL a mess. I ent to the desk again to inform them and they at least gave me a pile of clean towels to take up to the room. I feel they should have offered to comp us for at least one of the three nights of the stay. VERY disappointing.

Bed placement next to wall so AC blows directly on occupant. No coffee in room. Toilet fan connected to light switch. Not independent operation and noisy. Lights near bed not on flexible neck so it was difficult for reading. Obvious to us the designer never spent a night in the room. If trying to economize suggest you drop the pool and add a few room comfort amenities.

I loved staying here. It was clean with a great gym and pool.

I have been staying at this same hotel for the past 8 years. It just gets better and better.

For people who don’t drink coffee in the morning, it’s great to have black tea (not herbal).

A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton.

Check in- The young man who checked me in was marvelous. Unfortunately, I didnt get his name. He checked me early with no problem. The afternoon staff were also excellent. They helped me finding the route of the Apple Blosoom parade. The lobby area is ckean and well maintained.
