The room was not clean
There were roaches... multiple
Staff was not friendly
Manager was uncooperative when i asked for a refund because we could barely rest because of how filthy and unkept the place was. If youre looking for a cheap room, and you dont mind dirt and bugs, this one will do.

Dirty room with human hair all over the floor. Bed was very uncomfortable. Front desk not friendly or willing to remedy the issues.

Door handle to bathroom busted. Shower floor EXTREMELY slippery (I am handicapped). Two pillow had a strong perfume smell.

Nice room but charged us an extra fee for a service dog had to show him the state law before he took the fee off the next morning gentleman was fairly nice. When the animal is truely a service animal please read up on your state laws

No battery in our room's smoke alarm, broken ice machines and A/C's laying around, poor breakfast. But our room was very clean, and area quiet. Very nice staff.

Holes In ceilings, rusty metal lamps, dirty floors, very basic breakfast (cereal, yogurt, waffle) no juice, remote for tv missing back, cigarette butts on outside of some ac units. Dehumidifier in room not working

I did like the fact that it is a hotel. I did not like the fact that I didn’t want to be in a smoker's room in a dirty hotel under construction! I didn’t like the fact that I was willing to pay an increase for a non- smoking room, i was turned away because I was asking too many questions after driving eight hours. Didn't yell or get nasty! The owner said that I was making a fuss with all my questions! Expedia couldn't help me either because the owner said I made a fuss. Don't go to this place! It is okay if you are on per diem and working on restoring power in the area and the ouside road work won't bother you because you leave early.

This hotel needs some serious cleaning. The bathroom was dirty. Its worth a few more bucks to stay somewhere closer. If you need a quick sleep for cheap its alright.

It was a decent place for the money. They did make one big mistake in giving me the key to someone else’s room, and I almost walked in on a family. Luckily, one of them came outside just before I entered the room. They just changed shifts and the previous person did not mark down. They had just rented the room. Otherwise, it was a decent and basic hotels stay for the money with no other problems.

Well this place sucks. The door had a gapping hole in the side and bottom and no extra lock so we pushed the chair in front of the door for extra protection. The outlets on the wall were busted. The smoke alarm was detached from the wall and we later found it in the dresser drawers. There was visible water damage and part of the ceiling was hanging down by the sink for the bath room.

We had great service especially from cleaning staff. We eere here for 18 days visiting friends in Collinsville.

Hotel seems very clean and well maintained, front office staff was very friendly and willing to please. Area could use a small food market or another convenience store.
