Woke up with strange bug bites. Toilet was unsafe, cooler was packed with filthy lint.

So the upstair hallway by the back door smelt like dog pee and the weed smoke so so bad and people were very very loud with there tv the whole time i was there

Roadway Inn in Winslow AZ have some of the most nicest employees ever and will make sure your stay is worth it. Nice cold air conditioning rooms were the best part, especially in this ARIZONA HEAT! kept me cool throughout my stay! Will definitely stay at this location again!

I was a little nervous looking at the surrounding area but it stays pretty busy and thus pretty safe.

Great value for the money

Check in was fairly easy, front desk was amazing service, parking was limited but convenient. The property was quiet and looked to be maintained. The room was the lower end of the rating, when we walked in it smelled of mildew and cat urine, the bed frame was super squeaky and the bed was slightly uncomfortable. We were so tired and didn’t wanna try and find somewhere else or we probably would have. The sheets were a little dirty but luckily we brought our own bedding, we have to when traveling. The towels and washcloths were too, some were clean and some were not. I wish I had taken photos because the hotel charged me $15 saying I stained the towel, we never used the towels except to clean the bathtub with because it was still slightly dirty from the last people. So there’s that. Overall, I’d say it’s an alright cheaper property. If you want higher quality then maybe try the Clarion property, newer hotels down the next two exits or even La Posada. Otherwise, you can get rest here and it’ll be cheaper priced but you will potentially incur extra charges for the towels and bedding. Expedia said it’d be $116 for the stay but it ended up being $119 $50 $15= $184 for two days. So just know that before booking. I’d give it 2/5 stars, we got what we needed which was rest. I’d say bring your own beddings, towels and febreze and you’ll be fine to rest here :)

They charged my CC after the room was pre paid, the evening of check in and the morning of check out stating there was smoking in the room. There was no one smoking in the room. The whole hotel smelled bad. If it werent a last minute thing due to a death in the family we would have never checked in. The smell was that bad. I am disputing with CC company due to when I called them they were rude and would not resolve the issue.

We stayed as we were passing through for a night and the room was clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was great for the kids! It was quiet, and we had no issues with a later check-in time (10pm) and early morning check out (6am). The man working the front desk was efficient friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be returning if we pass through the area and need a room for the night.

Located in unsafe area and bed cover had many spots. Towels were all yellow spots and dirty. Floor was wood, but whenever I walk on the floor, I felt fear due to crack sound on the floor. Breakfast was so poor, too. All facilities were so old and worn down.

Good service and directions

I was able to park my car near my hotel room window. Didn’t really have concerns since parking was very well lit. Town was close by. Grocery store, Restaurant and even a manual car wash. Staff very friendly.

Do not stay here there's bed bugs it's disgusting here.

Very dirty and seemed like a very bad area

I stayed at this hotel several times but this time I was not happy with the room. The shower was not working well. The shower head was not spraying properly, the shower curtain was smelly(mildew) and it didn't fit the rod right. Water was dripping out on the sides. As for the bed very uncomfortable and it looked like I was sleeping on a board. I am not happy with this hotel. And I'm handicap..and the safety rails were very loose. The room was on second floor. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. They definitely need maintience or remodel.

Old property in need of TLC. The room was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The good: Staff was friendly, decent size room, bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave price was good. The bad: One dead roach on the floor was arriving and one came up from the tub drain. The doors slam really loud and your neighbors can walk you up easily. Half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. Door keys stopped working after one day (had to get them reprogrammed). Tv remote had no back and one battery. There is a tv, microwave, and fridge but only 2 power plugs, so in order to use the microwave, you have to unplug the tv or fridge. Random people just hanging out in the parking lot and may not feel safe for some people. We didn’t expect too much for the price we paid, but there are some things that can be done a little bit better. We most likely will not stay there again, but we did appreciate the opportunity to give them a try.

Really horrible. Never expected this from a hotel chain. I did a last minute booking on a road trip. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to check before booking. Everything in the room is either broken, dirty, ripped or patched. Never stayed in a hotel this bad. Breakfast is really a joke. Please avoid if you can.

Cockroach in the tub counter dirty and they were working on the room about us All night.

Ok place. Just no maintenance or care. Things falling apart. Light covers in halls hanging, Room lights falling off wall. Cords all over in entry way. Simple things to address but lacking. Guess for budget what you get.

The hotel is conveniently located near freeway 40, in a quiet and peaceful area. The parking is large and there are many available spaces. The included buffet breakfast was very tasty and varied, which is an added value, especially when you're traveling, passing through for a night, and have an itinerary. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, and the hot water was very pleasant. We requested extra towels and shampoo, and the guy at the lobby was very friendly and did it with a smile. The only thing is that it needs a bit of maintenance on the exterior and the rooms could be remodeled to look more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very dirty and bathroom not stocked with any items...TP, kleenex, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Room was dusty, hair was on the floor and in the beds. Microwave had burned food on the turntable. Bathtowels were stained with brown spots.

Kinda run down, you could see that it had seen better times. It was in a semi industrial area that was older and not active. Looks like a lot of vacant buildings. The breakfast was marginal. Probably won't stay there again. Was OK for a one night passing through stay. Kinda out of the way from I-40.

Rude . Required a $50 deposit . Why? Would not tell me . Just would not allow me to stay without. Coffee urn empty at breakfast and trash can overflowing within 30 minutes.. No one servicing.

I checked in 3:10 and the room was not "ready" had to wait for them to clean the room. The "included" breakfast is a joke. The mood of the crew is terrible. Far way from Winslow. There is no taxi service to pick you up at the airport.

They put you an additional hold of $50.00 in yourcard on top of the rate which was not disclaim when I did the reservation I ask the guy in front desk if I don't have the additional$50.00 what will happen and he said blanty you dont get the room considering that was 10pm at night and I was not told about it is rude and not right. I ask why not was a disclaimer his excuse was not space, but in my case I have the extra money but how about if I did not have it? I will be ending sleeping in my car with my 2 kids. On the rop of that they charge me additional 15 for my child who is special needs. First time I got charge extra for him I will noy stay in that place ever again. I goi g to make sure people know about and make sure they check your room because later they can said a towel or something when missimg and charge you for that

The property was very inexpensive. The check in experience was fast and easy. The room we stayed in smelled distinctly of pet urine. There was gum on the ceiling and the water pressure was low. In the middle of my shower, the water turned ice cold after 5 minutes. The curtains were in poor repair and had holes in them where the sun shone through in the morning. The outside doors were not locked when entering through a side entrance to go to the parking lot. All in all, this could be a good property, but it needs a lot of renovation and cleaning to make it safer, cleaner, and more comfortable for travelers.

The air conditioner unit was very loud which made it very hard to sleep. When I asked them to look at it they said it needed maintenance, and there was nothing they could do. There was also mold in the shower. The security chain was broken off.

Very affordable. The family who runs the place was very friendly.

Great place clean quiet and comfortable. I’ll be back when I come through the area again.
