Over all the room was fine except, no pots and pans to cook, found hair in the tub and on tile. Found a spider in the bathroom ha ging out. I also found the window was not closed all the way tight is probably the reason the spider was in the room.

The entire building smelled unpleasant, not sure if that’s just a new Jersey thing. The water temperature dropped on us two out of the four nights we stayed, we only showered once per day.

The service is not very friendly and the property is in need of updates.

Nothing in the kitchen as far even a fork, spoon, drinking glass. Our first night the doors weren’t working to bring out things in. Dog barking most of the night. We went to have breakfast and there wasn't anything but instant oatmeal. No milk just hot water. Then we left to get coffee & a bagel.
Our room key wouldn’t work. They reactivated the card. We left and came back,the door wouldn’t open again. They put a sign at 11:30 am it said be back shortly. Housekeeping let us in. We went to the wedding shower and came back to still locked out. No one around. We left for a while and came back still no one around to help us. Finally at 10:40 pm a lady came out of another room and let us in our room. We were locked out for almost 10.5 hours. Unexceptionable!! We spoke to a couple of people about our concerns and they just didn’t care. Saying I wasn’t here then. The halls smell really bad and dirty. Our sheets look as if the beds were made not crisp clean linen. The one bedspread had a yellowish stain. We got blankets out of our car and slept on top of the beds. We went to the front desk and were told they only clean the rooms every 14 days. Unbelievable!Saturday night we came back from dinner to find five police cars in the lot and police in the hotel halls. That was scary no one let us know what was going on and that we would be safe. I could go on but not enough room. Room 155 or 157 is unsafe the lady is a border. This hotel needs Heath inspection done. ASAP!!

The property was dirty. The staff was rude. I’d never go back to this hotel. I saw a big roach in the kitchen. Also, it said breakfast is free when there is no breakfast. A limited amount of continental breakfast. It’s disrespectful.

This place was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived to our room, we found all garbage cans were full. Someone left their wigs in the bathroom and there were used needles and empty alcohol bottles. The hallways were disgusting and smelled. This is not a family friendly place.

I liked the room Cable/TV services.
I did not like room (flooring sticky, no assurance was sanitary) and hallway floors (carpeting, dirty). In addition, hotel directly under low-altitude flight path for local airport.

Fairly outdated room with some stains on the carpet. Coffee not very good.

I will not be staying at an Extended Stay hotel ever again.
There were cockroaches everywhere.
Not only did I see about a dozen live ones, there were dead ones around the sink and fridge.
It was absolutely appalling.
The rooms were filthy, there was some kind of white residue all over the headboard of the one bed, the floor was disgusting and I never took my shoes off.
Water damage on the ceiling in the shower.
Hotel staff never interacted with us, we werent even given more clean towels.
I had my service dog with me, which I was charged a pet fee for when I should not have.
The grass areas outside had garbage everywhere. I was afraid my service dog would step on a needle or broken glass.
It was also extremely loud in our room due to being close to an exit door. Lots of noise from the people above us as well.
Again - I will NEVER be staying at any of these hotels ever again. I wish I could get a refund it was so bad.

Room could be cleaner. Sink fixtures were spotty with soap, sticky entry floor in room. Dated, rusty appliances, old cabinets.
For a non-smoking hotel, my second floor hallway reeked of marijuana.

Did not receive the queen size beds I paid for. Breakfast was coffee and Nutra grain bars. Garbage smell in the hallway on the floor we were on. No Kitchen plates or utensils.

Our room was dirty and had stains on the carpet. The cabinets had not been cleaned. Bathroom tiles had mold. The water took very long to drain in the sink and bathtub. The entrance smelled like cigarettes. There were multiple cops called to the place one of the days we were there. Also, the "free breakfast" was just some oatmeal packets with no bowls to make the oatmeal and some granola bars. I do not recommend this place.

No breakfast even grab and go!- they had coffee( dirty dish water more like it!) and one type of bar- blueberry! And I just happen to be allergic to blueberries.
Old and wore down- burn holes in carpet and counters. Too bad as I’ve stayed in many extended stays and they have been good

I booked this through their web site, because I am currently traveling a lot for work and stay a lot of locations throughout the country. In this case I booked an extended stay because I’ve had good luck with them in the past, but when I got to the location, they were no rooms available. I had to spend the next hour trying to find location to stay. Since I know how extended stays, have a full refrigerator and things of that nature I stopped and grabbed food for a few days for my stay. Since the new hotel only has a small refrigerator and no freezer the food that I bought most of it went bad.
Overall very unhappy With the way, I was treated, especially being a long-term extended stay customer so I tried to go to the website website and voice. My complaint and their system wouldn’t allow me to do it. The next day after I got up, I decided to call corporate for extended stay and that didn’t go well either and I found out that I was charged for a night so not of my not staying at that location. I was also charged and now I need to wait 48 hours to get my money back.
At this point, I’m waiting for them management whoever to call me back and let me know if I’m going to be staying at other extended days going forward because at this time I don’t plan on using this company ever again even though I’ve had good success with them in the past, so stay at your own will.

I just looked like everything needed a good cleaning at the front desk, the front windows. The grass mowed and the hallways were no so clean.
