The service is not very friendly and the property is in need of updates.

Nothing in the kitchen as far even a fork, spoon, drinking glass. Our first night the doors weren’t working to bring out things in. Dog barking most of the night. We went to have breakfast and there wasn't anything but instant oatmeal. No milk just hot water. Then we left to get coffee & a bagel. Our room key wouldn’t work. They reactivated the card. We left and came back,the door wouldn’t open again. They put a sign at 11:30 am it said be back shortly. Housekeeping let us in. We went to the wedding shower and came back to still locked out. No one around. We left for a while and came back still no one around to help us. Finally at 10:40 pm a lady came out of another room and let us in our room. We were locked out for almost 10.5 hours. Unexceptionable!! We spoke to a couple of people about our concerns and they just didn’t care. Saying I wasn’t here then. The halls smell really bad and dirty. Our sheets look as if the beds were made not crisp clean linen. The one bedspread had a yellowish stain. We got blankets out of our car and slept on top of the beds. We went to the front desk and were told they only clean the rooms every 14 days. Unbelievable!Saturday night we came back from dinner to find five police cars in the lot and police in the hotel halls. That was scary no one let us know what was going on and that we would be safe. I could go on but not enough room. Room 155 or 157 is unsafe the lady is a border. This hotel needs Heath inspection done. ASAP!!

Great staff

We had a $50 water bottle stolen that we left in the hallway by accident. Loud guest parties at 4am. Really dirty. Ceiling in bathroom was water damaged. Trash in hallway. Room was passable, but the hallways were gross and sad.

This place was absolutely disgusting. When we arrived to our room, we found all garbage cans were full. Someone left their wigs in the bathroom and there were used needles and empty alcohol bottles. The hallways were disgusting and smelled. This is not a family friendly place.

The property was dirty. The staff was rude. I’d never go back to this hotel. I saw a big roach in the kitchen. Also, it said breakfast is free when there is no breakfast. A limited amount of continental breakfast. It’s disrespectful.

I liked the room Cable/TV services. I did not like room (flooring sticky, no assurance was sanitary) and hallway floors (carpeting, dirty). In addition, hotel directly under low-altitude flight path for local airport.

Need to update some areas appliances areas

Fairly outdated room with some stains on the carpet. Coffee not very good.

I will not be staying at an Extended Stay hotel ever again. There were cockroaches everywhere. Not only did I see about a dozen live ones, there were dead ones around the sink and fridge. It was absolutely appalling. The rooms were filthy, there was some kind of white residue all over the headboard of the one bed, the floor was disgusting and I never took my shoes off. Water damage on the ceiling in the shower. Hotel staff never interacted with us, we werent even given more clean towels. I had my service dog with me, which I was charged a pet fee for when I should not have. The grass areas outside had garbage everywhere. I was afraid my service dog would step on a needle or broken glass. It was also extremely loud in our room due to being close to an exit door. Lots of noise from the people above us as well. Again - I will NEVER be staying at any of these hotels ever again. I wish I could get a refund it was so bad.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room could be cleaner. Sink fixtures were spotty with soap, sticky entry floor in room. Dated, rusty appliances, old cabinets. For a non-smoking hotel, my second floor hallway reeked of marijuana.

Did not receive the queen size beds I paid for. Breakfast was coffee and Nutra grain bars. Garbage smell in the hallway on the floor we were on. No Kitchen plates or utensils. I will not recommend the place to stay.
