great place to crash, helpful staff and clean rooms.

The overall staff was terrible. The place was not clean. There was no breakfast and the fitness area was out of service. I was getting ready to leave and just because my door was slightly opened the Indian woman nearly walked into my room without permission. It was a total sh*t show. I will NEVER stay there again.

THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS HOTEL IS ASKED FOR TOILET PAPER A COUPLE TIMES AND THE GUY AT THE DESK TOLD ME NO!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!

Overall it was a great place to stay. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending a good restaurant for food delivery.

It is an older hotel, but for the price it was surprisingly, well maintained. the tub could have used a little more attention, but everything was neat and clean.

I come here a lot and everytime I come here there very good with me treat me well, no problems with the rooms or the property, staff is very nice and friendly. Trust me it won’t disappoint you

I have stayed here for the past 5 years. Every time i go to the Live Concert Venues, this is my "Go To" hotel..Its close to a great restaurant, plus different venues, Landis and Levoy. The owner is helpful and friendly and the Front office check in Zoey is not only friendly but on top of everything for the morning complimentary breakfast. Making sure it stays stocked. Our room.has always been clean. Never a problem. I've stayed at another hotel in the area, and it was not clean. I would only stay at Quality Inn. I will be back again soon.

Check in was super easy and the rooms were clean. In my original booking there was only a room with two queen beds, but Sanjay was able to change our room to a king bed. He made it super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked here because our usual hotel in the area was all booked up. We were so blown away that this is now going to be our "usual" when we visit the area. The hotel was beyond clean, very comfortable, in great condition, and handy to everywhere we needed to go. The couple (I assume they are a couple) who run the hotel were SO friendly and engaging. They were helpful and understanding when computer problems caused difficulties with our checking in, and seemed genuinely happy to welcome us to their property. Every staff member we interacted, from the management down to the housekeeping workers, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and all deserve your custom. The only complaint I have is that we're coming up on 72 hours since we checked out and our incidentals deposit has not yet been credited back to our card, but that's not the staff's fault but the parent company. I can't hold that against them. We will be returning to this hotel and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting South Jersey.

Everything was good. Front desk clerk was friendly. Cheap hotel, but it does not act accordingly. Got a king bed for around 130. Everything was clean, except the stairwells were a bit sketchy.

The hotel manager refused to give me my full security deposit back because she said there was a stain on the pillow...the deposit was $100 and she refunded me only $75...Ive stayed at hotels all over the country and never experienced anything or anyone like her. She was extremely rude and nasty. I went to the hotel to ask for my money back and she threatened to call the police. Raggedy hotel and a raggedy woman named Vee….nasty women really rude and nasty like her hotel and no breakfast….watch out for the crackheads outside too and don’t give them and money

Check in process was smooth. Person at desk pleasant. Room was clean and properly stocked. Would like to see fresh fruit, alternative plant milk and plain yogurt as part of breakfast options.

The room was great except the chair cushion was messed up, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the wall plugs next to the chair didn’t work. The wall plugs looked hold and looks like it needs to be replaced. There was a lot of noise outside our room. The other guests were banging doors and it woke me and my mom up several times. Otherwise the room was great. The checking and checking out process was great. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are planning a family vacation. If you’re traveling alone it would be a great place.

This was a great experience. Quiet, very clean, bed and pillows so so comfortable. Great for the price.
