Dirty. Had to rinse hairs from shower/tub. Filth on corners of bathroom. Nasty wafdedbup lleenex beneath fire sprinkler escucheon on wall.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The bed was very hard and the pillows were small and soft.

The room was very clean and very quiet....even though I was near the pool and an exterior door. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of parking, free wi-fi, and a very large breakfast available including fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, eggs, biscuits and gravy..... It was hard to leave. The staff was also extremely friendly.

So pleased to find a nice clean well run facility in this price point. Had to stay a 30 min drive from my preferred location but it was worth it. Rare to find housekeeping services these days. Highly recommend this facility.

This is a basic but very adequate hotel. We were in town for a family funeral so several of us had rooms. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Very sweet and helpful. We had a couple of times that we were all gathered in the lobby and it got a bit loud with conversation. She was very tolerant of it. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The breakfast room is fine.

We checked in got an emergency phone call my brother rushed to hospital...wasnt there 10 minutes ...had to check out! Staff was horrible. No refund...btw my brother passed away!! Want refund plz

I loved how nice the pool and hot tub area was. The breakfast was good especially for being complimentary. The front desk staff was nice but the lady who checked us in was very short spoken and seemed a little annoyed. My one and only complaint was there was 2 spots on our shower curtain that had blood and some dark hairs in the tub that were definitely not ours. Other than that everything was perfect. The room was very spacious. Parking was very easy. The neighborhood was great. Having a walmart so close you can walk to was awesome. The front desk also sold little items in case you needed something in the middle of the night when walmart was closed. I definitely recommend this property and plan on returning for all of our grand rapids trips which are at least annually.

The only negative I have is the carpets should be shampooed from time to time. I had white socks that turned black within an hour. The carpet appeared to be vacuumed but years of dirt is hidden.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. It was super convenient to have Walmart next door, we walked to grab everything we forgot.

The check in was easy and efficient. The room was spacious, except for the bathroom- not much room to move. The shower head was broken so the water pressure was AWFUL. The room appeared clean, but whatever spray was used during cleaning was literally choking. Items from a previous guest found in the sofa bed.

Property was clean and well taken care of. The little things are obviously important to the owners like clean corners and folded towels in the Pool area. The beds are probably the only downfall but I can overlook the mediocre mattresses for the rest of the positives. A functioning and clean pool/hottub in a Michigan hotel…..UNREAL! We’d stay here again no doubt.

This location was perfect. It was conveniently located near shopping shopping areas and not far from my son’s school.

Nice clean hotel. The friendly staff let me check out late; I had to run to the Walmart next door after realizing I left some toiletries at home. My only complaint was that the room was a little too cool for my liking, but it's my own fault for not calling the front desk and asking for help with the AC controls. (I had arrived after a very long day of driving in terrible traffic so I wasn't quite thinking straight.) I can't comment on the breakfast service because I was so exhausted that I didn't wake up until after 9. Overall however this was a nice, quiet place to spend the night.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while in town visiting family. Comfortable, clean, quiet and we loved the pool. Our only complaints were that the coffee was pretty weak and many of the amenities are single-use plastic such as shampoo, soap, cups. We hope the Comfort Inn chain can consider using more sustainable packaging for their items.
