The property was old and poorly maintained. The beds were straight out of the 70s or 80s and broken down, so very uncomfortable. If you want hot water for your shower, you need to take it late at night or super early in the morning (between 11pm or 6am). If you want more than one facecloth you need to go ask the front desk. All the furniture was chipped or stained, and the hotel itself was overall grimey. Which is sad because with some money and proper maintenance it could have been a lovely place. The area directly around the hotel is a little sketchy, but just 5 minutes down the road its really cute and lively.

I did not stay even the first night. The room was disgusting. Everything is extremely old. The room smell was terrible. It smells humid. Beds were in terrible condition my mom almost fell on the floor when she sat down in one of the beds because it was broken. The save box was full of roast. Room was completely dirty. That place looks like a cheap motel and the people around does not make you feel safe. Terrible experience. That place should be closed. The pictures in the internet has filters. I got my keys when I checked in I went to the room when I saw that I went back down to the reception and checked out. Honestly the worse place I have ever seen.

Where do I start first I had someone booked the room and because they did not put my name on the reservation they would not let me check in. We called reservations and they said that all I had to do was show up and that they would call the person get a credit card authorization form and let me into the rule, none of that happened. What happened was when I got there I was unable to register then I had to pay for the exact same room , none of that happened. What happened was when I got there I was unable to check in. then I had to pay twice for the exact same room. just to get somewhere to stay for the night. Once I got inside the room, nothing was as stated online there was no refrigerator. There was no microwave. There was no sofa. There was just a bed, a tv and a leaky AC vent. Besides the food, staff and horrible room. The overall experience was very much a letdown.

There was a cockroach crawling on the bed the very first night...so disgusting !The beds were mushy, and the rugs in the rooms were filthy. The rooms need a serious, deep cleaning, the hotel is quite dated. The staff was very nice. Sadly, I got get what i paid for.

The rooms had a sign in the restroom stating" you can't flush anything down the toilet, and they recommend your place your waste in the trash can. This was not sanitary.

Unfortunately, everything was old dated had holes. The mattress had a hole you would sink in the mattress curtains had a hole the rug mat had a hole tarnish and colored comforter look like it was about 10 years old full of fuzz balls.

My stay was miserable- 1st I got hit with a 100 deposit- that front desk said I could pay in “cash” I thought that was kind of shady then they charged 14 dollars a night for parking-
I looked on the app- and they were charging me 30 dollars more than what was advertised but we had reserved at a different price ahead of time so I got screwed that way
No free breakfast- the room was run down - the view was a moldy wall the curtains didn’t close the whole way - so anyone walking by could look into my room- the entry door was not flush to the closure so light was shining through the sides - the front desk staff was not friendly at all in fact the staff in general seemed like they were having a bad day - there was no elevator in the parking garage- we were on the second floor but anyone not used to Miami heat and dragging suitcases and kids if they have them - is going to suffer
The bathroom toilet made a weird noise and there was a sign asking guests not to flush TOILETS PAPER - just to throw it in a trash can without a proper lid - the shower was icky just kind of old and run down - the mattress was hard and the blankets were hidden away in a chest of drawers - the one thing that did work was the air conditioning- but we couldn’t find the blankets and the front desk staff were so inhospitable that I was afraid to call and ask for extra bedding- what was on the bed was a sheet and a polyester throw - I was so miserable i couldn’t sleep - overall horrible experience

What didn't like about the property was the room? It was dated(really dated).. Water stains o. The ceiling, my room had to be changed twice because they put me in an adjoining room and the door was totally uneven, I didn't feel safe so I requested to move, a HUGE language barrier with housekeeping,, I mention to the front desk clerk about roaches in the room and his response was “Thank you for telling me, I’ll let housekeeping know” And not to mention the ELEVATOR had no air conditioning and it was supper, supper slow going from floor to floor.. Would NEVER recommend ANYONE there.

The staff cleaned the room after 3 days bc I asked them to, and I stayed 7 days there and they cleaned just 1 day. The ac wasn’t working, and the mattress was old, awful option.

Rooms were in bad shape! Went to 5 different rooms before settling for a room. Non smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes, a/c dripping water, body marks on the head boards of one of the rooms. I have rented here in the past and honestly they let this hotel fall apart. Water marks everywhere, including halls, chipped flooring, mold smell. I was highly disappointed!

Beautiful hotel, it's a shame it was never maintained. Furniture in the room was broken and had missing parts. The mattress was also broken exposing all springs. Those springs were very noisy in the middle of the night. Parking lot in the 4th floor had some sort of debris in the floor. Wifi was completely unreliable. I had to leave the hotel to go to a Starbucks to get some connection. The floor in the room had some loose tiles (very cheap plastic flooring).
The only remarkable thing was the staff and service. Those people bend over backwards to make you feel well. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't provide the cleaning staff with proper elements. They don't have vacuum cleaners and had to clean the floor with worn-out brooms.
In general, I felt that the rich owners are only interested in making money out of the guests and not caring about them.
I'll make sure I'll never go to Rodeway Inn again.

Good-It was convenient and in a quiet location. Room was nice and clean.
Not good- You have to pay for Parking. Hotel has a garage but you have to pay like $10 a day, which is unacceptable. In total it was $12.26 for the day when I looked at my bill. Property you're staying at should not be charging for parking! Only negative I saw and I only stayed overnight.

They do not clean daily or offer fresh towels daily.i was told they clean every 3 days and if I need towels every day I have to ask. Hotel needs an upgrade. I was called on the 3rd day by the manager saying I need to pay for a vehicle in their parking lot bc it has Texas plates and I'm the only visitor from Texas that was checked in. I explained that I flew in and did not have a vehicle parked there. They then told me they would take action. I said go for it tow it , it's not mine I can show u all my Uber receipts. I was never offered an apology.

No room service for 3 day stay after asking 5 times Leaky AC onto the floor. Blinds don't shut all the way. Bathroom faucet doesn't work so it drips. Bed bugs. Furniture has not been replaced in 20 years. Bathroom celling light that flickers and doesn't go fully on properly. Disaster
