Our heater outlet in the room caught on fire and the way we were treated after that was just terrible.

The only downside to my stay was that the bathtub dripped water non-stop, bathroom vent was covered with dirty dust and the ceiling paint was peeling.

First of all I booked three rooms was not told I had to pay a cash deposit of $200 for using my visa debit card second of all the beds was very uncomfortable they the pillows sucked it was like they blew them up when you laid on them they were flat. No exhaust fans in bathroom no hooks or towel rags for your towel for there a little early lady was rude and refuse to let us check in said we had to wait after we had drove a long distance I will never stay again even though I am a dedicated meme we of choice hotels this one is definitely a no go for me and my family

Basically, it’s a place to sleep. Strangest check-in process I’ve ever had at a hotel, but I guess it’s good that it was thorough. Room was pretty clean considering the age of the building. Beds were not very comfortable, but we were only staying a night so it was good enough. I definitely wouldn’t consider staying here again if I was staying longer than a night or if I had to spend more than a small amount of time in the hotel. Breakfast was cereal and packaged items like muffins.

The person who checked me in was rude from the very beginning and established when she attempted to help with my tv.

Stayed while I was closing my apartment. The staff was amazing, and it was such a comfort knowing I had a clean, comfortable, relaxed environment to come back to!

We called ahead to let them know we would be very late checking in, and it was almost 1 am when we got there. We asked for a late check out and she granted wothout hesitation and even made a couple suggestions for lunch at check out.

Property was convenient to get too, right off the highway. Room was clean and spacious. Looked to be a retired suite, so layout was a bit odd. Extra sink in the corner of the room was handy for cleaning my daughters cups. Pool hours are inconsistent and seem to open later than any other hotels I've ever been to or worked at. Exterior of property needs a good cleaning; cigarette butts galore. Gazebo needs a real deep clean. We couldn't even sit in it. Overall for the price it was an clean place to stay, just a few areas need some TLC.

Nice hotel. Right in a Main Street. Get a high floor if you can because it’s noisy. Also walking downtown is disappointing since it’s all run down but you’ll get that all over Waikiki. Room that we were in was moldy smelling. Balcony view was as expected but no ocean view. Room was clean though. Pillows were comfy. Fridge and micro were convenient. $28 per night to park a car.

We had a good room, decent breakfast, and a good location for a decent price. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool

Toilet was not connected to the floor. So it was tricky to sit on. There is a hole in the fiberglass tub. Pool was closed and I'm disrepair.

Lobby smelled like pot. Parking lot is poorly designed. Phone and coffee machine didn’t work. Tv kept freezing. Told guy at front desk and he said was try unplugging everything. Lol
Didn’t even bother with breakfast as I couldn’t wait to leave

Guest we’re outside smoking pot! It’s stunk in the hotel. It was a very ghetto. Not happy!

Water pressure for shower was very weak and water was warm, not hot. Breakfast was available but not that appealing. Could hear traffic outside occasionally and the alarm from the next room woke me up before them as it went off for 4-5 minutes.

Didn’t give any thing a 5 , because most hotels need some maintenance up keep, like most of the door on the 3rd floor needed hinges oiled. Guest laundry room needed to be cleaned better . But it was a great stay over all , and the price was good.

I read dozens of reviews of other hotels prior to picking this one and wasn't disappointed. The staff were friendly, the beds were very comfy, water in the shower stayed hot, and the A/C kept the room very cool.
