Glad to find a place with electricity after my originally booked hotel was without. Only thing I wish was better was the bed. It was quite uncomfortable

Only reason to not be a 5 star was the bed…not as comfortable of a mattress as others. Overall very nice though! New pool and great breakfast! Will stay again.

Very nice property. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The air conditioner in my room went out and the maintenance staff replaced the entire unit while I was out. The daily breakfast was nice but lacked variety. Location was very convenient to local dining, shopping, etc.

We were just doing a one night stay for a wedding. I purposely booked this hotel because it states the room would sleep 5. I even put in the ages of the kids (all above 12). I would have thought I would be given a room with two queens and a couch because I saw rooms with sofa’s in the photos, and the room said it slept 5! Upon arrival, we were given a room with two queens, no sofa. I called the front desk and inquired about a room with a sofa, as we booked a room that said sleeps 5. She told me, “This is a Hampton Inn, we don’t have that.”
So for almost $200 a night, in a room with the ceiling caving in in the bathroom, an adult had to either sleep on the floor or perpendicular on the bed by another two people’s feet.
I have stayed in other Hampton Inn’s and had good experiences, but this particular one was awful.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was ok, nothing out of the ordinary. The hall carpets need repair in places and the pull out sofa cushions needed cleaning badly. Being next to Meijer is helpful too

Wonderful property. A situation happened where we need a place to stay a day earlier than expected. They worked us in even with it being Christmas Eve. Then to top it off the front desk allowed us to borrow their small grinch tree cutout so our 4 year old would have a Christmas tree come morning. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay again

Older hotel that could use a remodel. The metal mattress frame was attached to a wood base with clamps. The bed was loud if you moved and felt like it was going to fall. We also found a couple of bugs in our room, the ceiling had water stains, and the decor looked tired. The staff was extremely nice and breakfast was good. No matter what is going on in town they should not be charging over $300 per night. Price gouging at its finest.

The location near main roads made getting around easy and direct. It is located by a grocery store, restaurant, and Meijers (like Walmart), with Walmart just down the road, so I could easily get supplies and food. The rooms are not quiet - i could clearly hear conversations and electric appliances - but the staff is friendly and helpful and the free breakfast is decent. The handicap accessibility was a bonus.

My key card de-activated three (3) times in three (3) days. Also, the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Other than that, the accomodations were good.

Staff behind the front desk _ Excellent smiles and greetings every time I passed the desk. They were all women, I didn't get names, sorry.
I was disappointed that there was no area to sit outside. A simple picnic table or small round table would have been fine,but I had to sit on the curb to just enjoy some sunshine. I am NOT a smoker FYI, I just wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather.
