It was a clean place with a very spacious and clean garage. Very close to subway and direct line to city center. Decent breakfast and helpful staff.

This hotel was perfect for visiting Munich. We were able to park on the street with no problem. The subway entrance is on the corner and we were in downtown Munich in less than 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was very pleasant and helpful

When I go to Munich by business trip, I decide to stay this hotel. There is in residential area and silent, but very useful area. And staff are so kind.

One entry to U5 subway/underground train station is just in front of the hotel. So it is easy and fast to reach central train station, Residenz, and Marienplatz. There are A Couple of small groceries and restaurants around the hotel. Not too many choices.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a full selection although the number of guests was quite low due to the new C19 restrictions. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hotel literally opposite the U-Bahn for excellent connections to the centre. Buses also direct to Schloss Nymphenburg. A nice minibreak. Ample car parking

This was my first stay at this hotel, although I've been to Munich many times and have lived in Germany (hence speaking fluent German). The place is a bit out of the center, which is easily reachable by metro, and has an attractive appearance. The room to which I was initially assigned was exquisitely appointed. I say "initially," however, because even though I requested in writing and upon check-in a QUIET room, I was put in a room that could not have been noisier starting at 7:00 a.m. due to construction/drilling next to its main window! I asked to have another room, and the woman at the reception was kind enough to let me use a hotel flat (uncleaned until later in the day, however). That was ok, although somewhat chilly and the cable TV got few of the listed channels. Upon check-out, the same lady had a hard time processing my credit card info, which almost led me to missing my train connection. MOST IMPORTANT, THOUGH, WAS THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF MASK-WEARING BY EVERYONE AT THE RECEPTION, A PERILOUS BEHAVIOR DURING THE COVID-PANDEMIC, ESPECIALLY IN GERMANY, WHERE MASK-WEARING AND OTHER MITIGATION MEASURES ARE DE RIGEUR. I FOUND THIS SHOCKING AND SOMETHING THAT POTENTIALLY PUTS BOTH HOTEL STAFF AND GUESTS (even if vaccinated) AT RISK!

Brilliant location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is NOT worth €18.

Our room was very spacious and clean, however, climbing 5 flights of stairs,carrying over 100lbs of luggage, after an 8 hour flight was less than ideal. Noone offered to assist with the luggage and i am incapable of carrying a 50lb suitcase, so my husband had to carry it all up. When we contacted hotel previously we were informed that they have an elevator. They did not inform us the building our room was in did not have one. Also, the hammering repair work being done in adjacent room(early in the am), caused a picture to fall from wall leaving broken glass all over. Called front desk and was told there was noone to clean it until the morning. My husband had to walk back down and up 5 flights to get a broom so we didnt step on broken glass during the night. Also, had to ask 3 days in a row to have washcloths put back in bathroom. The cleaning people did not clean the kitchen sink each day. The hotel was lovely and conveniently located but the service left very much to be desired.

Fit our needs after a long day of travel to Neuschwanstein castle and a trip to Rothenburg the following day.

Location is good as we are right next to the U5 u-Bahn. It is a more residential area but easy enough to get into the old town within 15mins. If you drive, it is a great location as the street parking is free. Apt size was very good size and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The sweet was too small for three people.there is no privacy

The hotel is not vey far away from Downtown area. If you get a High floor there isn't an elevator, so you can imagine how easy is ta carrie your luggage up and down the stairs. The room wasn't ready, we enter and there was no clean sheets for the bed or blankets, we were at -3C. The biggest issue was the fact we left the privacy card on the door and they enter anyway and moved some of our stuff without our permission. Wont ever stay there again.

The room had been to small for 4 people. None of us had been able to sleep well cause of the bed conditions. The heating could not been arranged. It was very warm and unpleasant to stay in the room

The hotel has not proceeded to the repayment of the my guarantee of 50 euros. I wish to raise a complaint and request the repayment of my guarantee.

"like I was looking at the pictures!" I asked for a second key card. not helpful with any information. I wanted coffee in the morning since I didnt not realize I booked a hotel without free breakfast and was told I could drink a cup in the lobby but was not allowed in the dining room.. room was super small, my master closet at home is bigger than that room. Hotels.com should actually go see these places before they post on website.

Went for octoberfest and it was a perfect location easy to get to from the train station and was the opposite direction of all the crowds I would definitely stay here for octoberfest again! Only draw back was the breakfast was 18 euros and not worth it .

On the average it was good and I probably would return (if they fix the wifi). They are not well organized. The wifi was not working well (many times with no wifi at all). But the people is friendly.

I was 3 nights at this Hotel , Hotel was clean , the room was not very quite because of window to street , and sound of some people in other rooms at night , and the internet was not working in that 3 day.

WiFi was very poor. Garage and breakfast were not included and pricy. Room was hot with not AC or ventilator available. On the bright side the room was prepared for receiving the kids, and reception was friendly and helpful.

Right across the street from the subway and very good place to stay at. There was once, I had to wait at the front desk for about 5-10 mins because there was no one there. They should have a phone or a call button as I was not the only one waiting.

Room 116 was very small and the Aircondition didn’t work . We ask to move to a room with Airconditon that works. The lady at the front desk start arguing with me that I don’t need Aircondition in Munich maybe ones or twice a year. After 15 minuets argument we moved to room 203 with Aircondition. The hotel is very clean nice location but the staff not nice

Nice hotel! Great staff! Breakfast was excellent! Very close to the metro which was handy and not too far from central station! All in all, a pleasant place to stay! I would recommend anyone to stay there! Price was pretty reasonable as well!
