The room type we wanted wasn't available due to some broken pipes and damaged rooms. They put us on 2nd floor in a regular room which was fine.

The hotel was older and not the nicest. The room was ok, beds were very unomfortable.

It was nice but had some issues with the bathroom shower curtain rod being loose and curtain not staying closed.

Recommend this hotel highly. Room was clean and very spacious. Made a special request when I reserved the room and it was met with no problems.

Room stunk like bad feet, no stir sticks for coffee and the bed was very outdated. Pillows were way too small

No vending (empty machines, broken bill acceptors) on property and no convenience stores in walking distance. Hope you don't need bottled water or anything. Rooms were okay. CrackerBarrel next door saved the day.

This hotel is great for the price. Everything was decently clean and we had everything that we needed. The staff was helpful when we needed them and there were lots of restaurants and stores nearby. For the price I would seriously recommend this hotel.

Good pool and in a good area. The hotel overall was good but I would only recommend for short stays like 1-2 days. We stayed for 5 nights and found the amenities weren’t sufficient. Wifi was bad and fridge was very small for longer stays. Gym also didn’t have much equipment.

Great place to stay! Quiet, clean, friendly, great bed. Only negative was the exterior could be swept and door windows cleaned......but other than that it was great!

Check-in was quick & easy, the room was nice and what we requested. However, the toilet seat was loose and the king size mattress needed to be turned or replaced. It had a low spot where people had been positioned so the outside edges were higher than the middle. It was like trying to sleep on a hillside. Also most of the windows & doors in the lobby were in dire need of cleaning.

Pizza Ranch and Cracker Barrel are walking distance. Close to the Zoo and Mall. Heated pool and hot tub. Better than average hotel breakfast. Staff were very attentive. More of a 3.5 star overall but I gave them a 4 because I felt they did excel in certian areas. Rates were reasonable I rented 3 rooms for 2 days.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, and the rooms were decently clean. The breakfast was really good: They had scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, toast as well as bagels. They had a good assortment of jams too. Would definitely stay here again!

They're in the middle of a revamp and im actually really excited about it. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The pillows were comfy. The pool area needs a facelift but the water was warm and we had a lot of fun. Breakfast was fine. Very average. I would like to come and visit again in the future when the remodel is complete :)

Our stay was comfortable and our room was large and clean. It had a coffe maker, a safe and a fridge. The hotel is a bit dated, but we have no complaints. We stayed for 3 nights, and the price was not bad at all. We enjoyed our stay! 😃

The hotel staff was rude about room service. I kept calling requesting room service and he would tell me they do the rooms everyday and I kept telling him they didn’t do my room today. He said they must have been busy and was rude when I was giving my concerns.

Booked a regular king room, but was pleasantly surprised to get put in a whirlpool suite! Enjoyed the extra space and made use of our hot tub.
Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.
We did hear some noise during night -- doors slamming and other guests making racket. So rooms not soundproof, but we didn't hear outdoors noise from traffic.
Hotel is aging, but fairly well maintained and could see it has had some renovations over years.
Free breakfast had lots to pick from. Much of it good stuff.
Overall a good value and convenient location for an overnight stay.

Check-in was awkward as it took a while to get someone up front. When we settled in, everything was okay. The bed and pillows were okay at best. It was late and really needed sleep. There was lots of loud noises throughout the night, woke up every 2 hours max. Then, the worst was that when I got up and got breakfast before they closed, I realized when I got back the clock was off by 1 hour and 43 minutes. So I missed out on nearly 2 hours of sleep I could have gotten. Even the lobby clock was wrong.

The attendant who checked us in was very nice. When looking at the condition of the room, the carpet (along the walls) was not clean, in front of the toilet was per stain on floor. Not very welcoming room. The attendant kindly did suggest to change us rooms when we brought it to their attention. Was unable to stay the night due to a family emergency. Was looking forward to enjoying the hottub and pool.
