The hotel was a nice place to say and very convenient.

The room had bugs all over. Furniture consisted of 1 lamp, 2 beds, a very small tv, 1 couch. Clock radio didnt even work. Bathroom was filthy. Tub drain was clogged. Just 2 bars of soap.

The reason you use a hotel is to have a place to sleep while traveling. We booked a room with a double bed and a pull out bed. The pull out bed was not usable due to a flimsy mattress and the metal support under it. We asked the front desk for help and they said there was nothing they could do. There was no manager on duty or available via phone to help. We had to buy an air mattress for the second adult to sleep on.

No one at front desk. Have to make a phone call to get service. Tub did not drain. Air conditioning did not work correctly. Had it set on 67 never got below 74. T.v.a in the room worked intermittently.

Was not happy that we had to go to front desk to get bedding for the sofa bed. Also only had 2 wash clothes in the room.

It was not as nice as we hoped. Everything was very worn and the sofa sleeper had dirty sheets left on it. As the guest, I was given clean sheets upon check-in. Refrigerator looked quite old. Won't stay there again. But staff was very nice and helpful.

Yes, this would be a place I would stay at again.

Non smoking building was in no way smoke free, of any kind, even when we switched to the opposite end of the building where the outdoor designated smoking area was. Our room was only half clean, maybe, for both of them. Breakfast was the same boring thing day after day. Most hotels cycle through the options. One can only eat biscuits and gravy so mamy times. And it was old and dried out, therefore not kept up. Couldn't find front desk/staff members most of the time, even when calling as requested. Staff was very kind and helpful though. I could go on, but these are the finer points. Was cleaner than many budget hotels, but I would say 50/50 in that area.

Stayed here a few years back and it was older but nice. Since then it has changed owners. The entire first floor smells of spice and the over all condition inside is run down and dirty. We had to replace our own battery to our smoke detector. Blood stain on my bedding. The exterior landscape looks like life after people, weeds growing in the rocks. Won’t be back

Stayed here previously. Loved the price, space, and convenience. Hotel was virtually empty, yet we were placed on the third floor. Room next door had a couple that was arguing and fussing at a kid all night. The toilet seat was loose, stove was filthy, floor was sticky. Someone spilled something by the elevator that was never cleaned. Room had two televisions, one remote. Seems the attention to detail is no longer here, Dissapointed, to say the least.

Room was FILTHY! I did not feel comfortable at all. Had to go and purchase cleaning supplies and new sheets & towels. Two microwaves because the one over the stove didn’t work. Stove, fridge & both microwaves were dirty. Please note there is only a housekeeper ONCE A WEEK. I did not see this when booking. The smell was HORRIBLE throughout the entire hotel. LITERALLY made me sick to my stomach. Hotel looks old and rundown. Couch looked filthy did not sit on that thing along with the chairs. Towel were dingy definitely not white. Bathroom had hair in the tub. Splashes and splatter on walls, door, and frames. The mirror in the bedroom was nice. The HVAC System is LOUD. The Air conditioner works well. Barley any staff present at the front desk. Would not recommend staying here.

Well priced and the suite was perfect for our trip.

The staff was great, but the hotel is really run down. The couch arms were filthy. The bathroom smelled and the toilet kept running. The stove in the suite was old and crusty. The refrigerator had been painted and the paint was chipping off the handle. It appeared staff had cleaned welll, but because of the wear, the room felt dirty and gross. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice.

Smelled so bad and they try to charge you more when you arrive

The deadbolt would not unlock so we had to jump out the window to get out. Not sure why we had to pay for our room.

room was dirty same as last year...i submitted the same complaint and nothing has changed...floor sticky, towels yellow paint on fridge and walls peelling room smelled musty..hallways reeked of marijuana....wont be back

The hotel is run down and not worth the money. The carts to carry things up to your room are broken. We enter our $300 a night suite and the door won’t open unless you pull the handle to fully close it before entering and I felt very unsafe. We walked in and the cupboard door was missing. The refrigerator looked as if it had been painted and it was peeling off. There was no panel covering the pipes and basin of the sink. It felt more like a super 8 than a suite.

The room was dirty. It was obvious the bathroom counter had not been completely wiped down, as there were toiletries left behind, that would not be provided by the hotel. The "security" door that should be locked at all times in the back was not locked. Anyone could walk in the back.

AC was not working and restroom sink was draining very slowly. Informed staff of issues at checkout.

Bed and pillows were comfortable

Friendly staff, nice and clean hallways and general area. Room was nice size but kitchen was dirty. Stove top was very dirty and not just burnt on it was grease and burnt food still on the top and burner areas. Rest of the room especially bathroom could have been cleaner as well.

The front desk person was friendly. The breakfast was actually okay- I have had worse. They didn’t have any hot items. They had waffles, cereal, bagels and toast. They had mini muffins and donuts, which my kids liked. The bagels and bread were individually wrapped in baggies. However, the room was just not clean. They are very spacious and have a small kitchen (old)- would be great for extended stays. We were only there 1 night. The shower had an old soap wrapper in it. There was so much dust on the top of the shower you could visibly see it on the top. Needs a deep clean. There was hair all over the floor that was not ours. The couch had stuff on it, not sure what it was. The desk chairs needed to be scrubbed. The room was just really in need of a vacuum , sweep and carpet clean. The curtains were also dusty. Just felt gross. Disappointed because I really loved the space for my kids to run around. But I was constantly worried they would find something on the ground and try to eat it (my 1 year old) . I’m not one to complain. I was a housekeeper and front desk person at a hotel for a while though, so I know when something needs to be cleaned better. Ick

Staff are sweet and kind. And they are very accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Clean, comfortable, and generally quiet building, although I could hear snoring from the next room. Good variety for breakfast.

I'm pleased I chose Mainstay Suites. Traveled with 4 other family members for my son's basketball game. Booked the double Queen suite. It was perfect for the amount of space.

Very comfortable place to stay especially when ur stuck for a week unexpectedly. Affordable. Staff was excellent
