We just wanted a place with an airport shuttle and breakfast. The airport shuttle was really convenient! The room was quiet and clean. The only disappointing factor was, on the weekend breakfasts starts at 7 am, so we missed it. But the front desk did send a snack bag with us, which was better than nothing.

This place was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For the price, you could definitely find a cheaper spot with a way better vibe. The service was just okay, but the old lady at the front desk was ridiculously rude. The whole hotel is dirty, like, from the moment you walk in, to the room, everywhere. And on top of that, they charge $18 a night for parking. Honestly, with what they charge, you can find way better options.

When we first checked in to our room there was a small issue and they changed our room without hessitation...The accomodations were perfect...breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant downstairs was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed five days and I wouldn't hessitate to stay again.

This was a short stay for an early flight the next morning. check in was fast and easy. there is a restaurant on site. we were able to take the 24 hr shuttle early morning to O'hare airport.

Neighborhood was very old and outdated looking. Breakfast was ok but overall service was excellent. Staff very alert. Wish television in room were bigger and walls alittle more sound proof. Short distance from fashion outlet/convention center.

Nice place to stay close to the airport. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom and very quiet. Shampoo and soap only available for one guest. Parking is rather expensive, it should be free. Fee for a small pet too high. Good cup of coffee.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice size and clean. Always remember to look for hidden fees. I was double charged for a weeks of parking. When addressed it they didn’t seem to care about there mistake.

This hotel could probably use a remodel in the near future. Driving up to it at night, the first thing you notice is that the 'Comfort Suites' sign is mostly unlit, leading you to immediately question the owner's maintenance plan. I parked and walked through to the reception area. The automatic doors that let you in are so loud when opening and closing, again making you question the maintenance.
Check-in was okay, albeit quite slow, as evidenced later by the line of folks checking in! I must have gotten lucky!
Room was on floor 7, elevators again felt old, but were surprisingly quick.
The room was clean and not too bad, but it was dated and old. My 'suite' was missing the TV in the living part of the room. The bed, though, was comfortable, although the bedding had some holes from wear.
Overall though I slept well, and would stay again overnight but nothing beyond that.
The decoration is also a little strange throughout.
The place does need a full re-model.

Great comfy bed and good sized room but carpets are rather dirty in the hallways. Too much noise in the room from buzzing sound from bathroom and that's with wearing earplugs. I did mention it to reception and to be fair, someone was up within minutes, however, he didn't know how to fix the problem. Breakfast is very limited for vegetarians and pretty much non existant for vegans. I had about 15 hours interrupted sleep in 4 nights due to noise from buzzing sound and probably other rooms air conditioning but last night was worse thanks to Chasers bar opposite the hotel with bouncing music until way after 2am. Not the hotels fault but with so little sleep in 4 nights, it totally ruined my stay. Staff are friendly though.

The manger and his worker was very rude and disrespectful to us. They were all angry and smiles free. The manger told us that the other customers made them angry therefore, it excused the action towards us.

This hotel is easy to check in. The room layouts are nice. We enjoyed having a "living room" area as well as a sleeping area. The sink being outside of the bathroom makes it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The breakfast was not amazing, but it was acceptable. We chose to not eat breakfast in the hotel as we have stayed here multiple times.

Everything was fine except the elevator was messed up. The girl at the front desk needs customer service communication"Service with a smile" training. Seniors like me need a little extra help information. The term is "above and beyond. As long as you're getting paid fairly? unresponsive outgoing assistance. Not great? That brings $$$$$$! Not horrible needs improvement. It's $$$$

Check-in was easy. Pleasant lobby with good seating. Pizzaria Uno restaurant on-site. Carpet in halls is worn. Some refurbishing would be nice. Comfortable couch in the room. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Aldi's, Family Dollar, Jim's Liquor, Phillips 66 gas station all within a block. Breakfast includes cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruits, eggs, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, cranberry juice, and coffee. No paper listing of television stations so you have to go through all the channels to find what you want. Good sized parking lot.

I had the worse stay. When I book my room for 6 people I was supposed to get two beds and a sofa bed I get there the lady at front desk was on her phone she saw me and when back to the office a lady from the restaurant came and ask if I been help she told her I was waiting did say anything. Get in my room only two bed I go to let her know I need it a room with a sofa bed she say they were book didn’t have another room to give me. I ask if I could get a thick comforter she say she didn’t have anymore. I had to sleep on the floor on check out day I ask the lady on the front desk to speak to the manger he was out for the day. It took me 3 days to get in touch with him.he was not even aware of the situation. Only offer $37 refund .
