Wonderful helpful staff, nice breakfast, very clean. Nice hot breakfast, kept filled during a busy time. Comfortable room nice setup. One drawback, mattress needs replaced, I kept rolling to the outer edge.

In our home we like to sleep at night with the air down to about 64°. So it was a little unusual in this room, the thermostat on the air conditioner only went to 66 and I don't think it quite got there. Other than that it was a fine Hotel

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. I was very surprised at how clean snd comfortable the room was. No funny smells or any inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Indoor pool and hot tub was well maintained and a much needed respite from my travels. Very nice breakfast.

Overall, a good hotel. Tiles in the elevator need to be replace. They were covered with a dirty old floor mat. However, this is not a hotel for anyone who is 6’5” tall(I am 6’9”). The shower is not a full height shower. I was not able to stand up straight n the shower. There is a ceiling on the shower enclosure and it is at about 6’6” in height. I am used to low shower heads but this was inexcusable in my book.

It was a decent hotel. Staff was very friendly. Poop had way too many chemicals in it so we couldn’t swim. Mattress on pull out couch had a stain that looked like blood so that was uncomfortable.

We were traveling and decided to make a reservation for the night. It was late. As soon as we reserved a room, we received a text, welcoming us and asking our arrival time. When we said it would be 11pm, they text instructions how to get in incase the front door was locked. That was a nice touch.

Check in and out was quick and staff were friendly. However our room 110 was not functional - shower did not work, bath tub did not drain. There were no usb outlets for charging cables so we were not able to charge our cell phones.

Just a suggestion. Pool should stay open later than 10pm. Other than that the stay was perfect!

When we arrived we were told the hot tub was not working. The pool area had mildew on floor and in pool and hot tub. The room was not very clean with dehumidifier in room, Curtains were dirty. We thankfully only stayed one night. The front desk attendant was nice and helpful.

For what I paid this is hotel punchs above its peers. The elevator was a bit dirty and parts of the hallway. The hot tub was out of order. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to

The check in and check out people were great . It was clean . The only thing that was not up and running was the whirlpool but they were doing maintenance on it . Very quiet and safe environment.

There were roaches in our room. Woke and turned light on and a roach was crawling up the wall. My son saw roaches in the bathroom and took photos. Very disgusted couldn’t sleep after that.

This is a great property to stay at, for what we paid it was impressive. Wonderful hot breakfast, nice pool and great beda for a good nights sleep.

We understand going in that it's not going to be the Ritz. However, we expect things to be clean and they were not. The carpets look like they've been in the property since the 90s. The window treatments were stain-ridden and icky. There was an awful smell in the bathroom. I could go on. There is a buyer for this price point, but they too deserve cleanliness.

We walked to O’Charlie’s in our parking lot! Food was O’Charlie’s food but the waiter/bartender was awesome!
