The apartment room was clean, and was nice & bright.

Overly complicated Key locks to both the Bedroom door & Private bathroom, which was frustrating when using the facilities during the night. There was no in-room complimentary Water, or Tea & Coffee The downstairs, communal Kitchen was not that clean, with left over food in saucepans on the hob, surfaces not wiped & overall, had a fusty smell, which drifted up into the bedroom areas. The location was fairly central, but the area did not feel that welcoming, particularly when walking back at night. The room overlooked the main road, & therefore there was quite a lot of noise levels from the street. In my opinion the price was not reflective of the facilities, accommodation or location, & i felt the room should have been priced around £15.00 cheaper than advertised.

We had great stay at SA stay thank you to the host . Bed was comfy. Rooms and bathroom was clean and tidy . Shared kitchen but didn't mind has we had a laugh . Would definitely stay here again.

Turnt up and bed sheets were dirty, also my room had been entered half way through the stay and door left open. I asked the owner and he wasn’t bothered

We was on a main road. No curtains so sun light beemed through the blinds. Doors from down the hall constantly banging when people left or entered their rooms early in the morning, not intentional I'm sure but doors were heavy

The hotel were very responsive for my need for a downstairs room

The door locking systems are not suitable for those with Arthritus

Liked the host brilliant guy really polite and keen to help you out whenever you needed or to ask any quiestions.

the property is lovely, the staff are on hand if you have any issues, it’s also close to the town centre

10 minute walk from town centre. Room was at rear of property therefore not too much noise. Bed was comfy enough and lots of pillows. Didn't use the communal kitchen facilities although they looked spacious and well equipped. Host was very helpful when contacted about getting check-in information.

Friends were in front facing rooms which had a lot of traffic noise. Shower in my bathroom was a bit temperamental with a slightly loose fitting and not much water pressure. Lights flickered quite a bit. No tumbler in bathroom and no bath towel - just a couple of hand towels. Payment from booking.com didn't go through for some reason and got a request for payment after we'd checked in due there having been a problem (A pending payment had showed on bank statement a few days previous so don't know where it went to).

the property is exceptionally clean including the communal area which is kept clean regularly by the cleaner. All facilities in the communal area are working well and there are ample space for every lodger. The staff are very professional and willing to help. They attend to you and always willing to provide the best customer service to make your stay enjoyable and memorable

traffic noise from front street view room ..window needs a better seal around to eliminate traffic noise ( very busy road on evenings )

Our stay here was amazing from start to finish! The host is extremely helpful and lovely. The house is spotless and decorated to a very high standard. Will definitely be back Thank-you x
