It was my third stay at that hotel, and I really liked it, especially their delicious breakfast.

We stayed here only one night to catch our flight in the early morning. The rooms are really (super) clean and spacious.
We also did like the restaurant which had a very nice vibe in the evening.
Would defenitely stay here again when we need to fly from chopin.

This was a very convenient 2 night stay with the need for an early check out to get to the Airport, having a shuttle bus was a bonus.
Slightly disappointed that there was no room tidy up / replenishment of facilities between thr two days. e.g. tea/coffee facilities were not restocked meaning if you had tea/coffee before bedtime and for first thing in morning then there was little or no choice for the next night. I also expected towels to be tidied up even though they were not to be replaced after showering etc. with the beds also re-made.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport with a free shuttle every 30 minutes. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were helpful.

If you are American, the only usb charger to charge your device is in the bathroom.
If you are planning to use a free transportation to the hotel from the airport, you have to call the hotel, which was just not possible to do because I had no service on my phone right being at the airport.

Very mixed feelings. Free transfer is a joke. Staff rude and speak limited English or even Polish which for me is unacceptable. My room personally was amazing as I opted for the business executive that I would only recommend at that hotel, others rooms are small and outdated. I would rate this a 3* hotel with exception to business executive which rate 4* for rooms but nothing else expect that. Nothing in the area around the hotel.

The shuttle to the airport was always available anytime of the day free of charge. Nobody asks you for tips or make you feel you owe them, that's how they should start conducting business again back in the USA.

The stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie was what I needed. One night stay before flightier nice newly remodeled room, still having aroma of a new carpet. The bed very comfortable, the new materace was perfect, not too firm neeithet too soft. As always the restaurant had fantastic menu. This time I was looking for a dish with chanterelles mushrooms. The breakfast at reasonable price had everything I needed before long flight.

Everyone was great! The room is big, clean and equipment with everything what msy be needed for a traveler: an iron and iron desk, a kettle, a refrigerator. The bathroom has a full bath. The transfer to the airport was perfectly organized by minibus. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a stopover nect to Warsaw Chopin Airport.

We stood at this hotel for 1 night with my husband and my daughter. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time we visit Warsaw. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We also had a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant downstairs was classy and the food was DELICIOUS!

Beautiful property! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to the cafe and enjoyed a cocktail and order room service which was delicious. Only issue was the A/C didn’t seem to cool but it may have just been my room.
