Stayed 5 nights, the linen was changed every other day only. Housekeeping doesn't clean like they should. They take the trash out daily so that was good. TV in my room only worked sometimes.

This hotel was pretty great. I had a car but had zero interest in parking in San Francisco, so being able to walk to a BART stop was a big plus. Parking at the hotel was very easy. Room was clean and comfortable. You are right next to the airport, so planes will be taking off and landing almost in the backyard. Just something to bear in mind. I will absolutely stay here again.

Every footstep anyone took outside of our room was heard. Loud stomps and doors slamming shut literally all night, so neither of us could sleep at all. The first room we were in had a caved in bed with no cushion to speak of on the mattress, and the room has a strong unpleasant odor. We switched rooms but couldn’t get away from the stomping and slamming noise. The plane noise was constant, but that was a treat compared to the stomping and door slamming that kept us from any sleep.

Conveniently located close to SFO and car rental. This was a perfect stop when my flight arrived after midnight and I had to head out early the next morning to rent a car for a longer trip. Clean, comfy, and easy check in.

I love the whole staff at Atrium Hotel, they're very friendly, I really feel welcomed with my family there, they're very caring and helpful. All the front desk staff make sure that we are comfortable and get whatever we need to make our stay enjoyable. The owner good hospitality and professionalism reflects in his whole staff performance. I highly recommend Atrium Hotel to those who need a place to stay whenever you visit the Bay area.

In general, it's a good modern hotel for its proximity to the airport and 101 fwy, and you get a no frills, no thrills experience worth the price. Parking is free within the building. They offer a shuttle to the airport which is like a 6 minute drive away.
Highlights: Room size is big and clean, includes microwave, fridge and a comfy bed. A/C works great too. We had no complaints.
Noise: Unfortunately, we got a room which had the window facing the departure path of planes out of SFO which flies 24/7. The plane noise kept me from sleeping but I got ear plugs which solved that problem. You might want to ask for a room that doesn't face the airport.
Breakfast: Not bad in terms of diversity (hot waffles, cereals, toast/muffin, Activa yogurt, very sugary juices, coffee, apples, sausages and eggs. Eggs probably not real egg and made from a powder mix. Sausage was bland but edible with Tepatio.
All in all, good value good amenities.Good if the location works for you, strategically. Overall, if you are sensitive to airplane noise, take caution.

Parking is difficult if you have a full size PU truck or SUV due to height clearances and space.

Good Hotel close to San Francisco. 5min walk to CalTrain station and 15 min walk to BART Station. Large clean rooms and good parking possibilities. Breakfast ok. Plenty reastaurants in San Bruno.I can recommend the hotel.

We used this as a stop over after a long haul flight before we began or holiday. We took a taxi from the airport and it was less than $20 which worked better for us than waiting for the shuttle. The next day we took an Uber back to the airport to pick up the rental car $17 dollars - so we saved a days car hire charge. Worked well for a mix d family group in a 2 bed “suite”.
