There were a bunch of men hanging out and smoking under the awning where you would typically unload. I am a single, small statured woman and I had to unload my car in the dark and rain to be gawked at as I made my way in. The receptionist made a statement and checked a map saying that she was going to put me as far away from them as possible without being prompted. I appreciated her so much for doing that..but that also told me she knew these guys were sketch. Then my room smelled like a sweaty old man.

The room was damp and dusty, it had a terrible really strong odor of mold , made my throat hurt and gave me a headache , i couldn't sleep because of the bad smell of mold.

First of all the property was not a Wyndham property. Miss leading. New worker who checked us in, she was very sweet and asked two adults and one kid, so she gave us one king bed for a party of 3.

The overall property was very clean and tidy. The rooms were excellent and very clean. The pool area was clean but the pool itself had an odd odor to it that was not chlorine. We swam and had no issues. There are no towels in the pool area. You need to bring your towels from your room or stop by the front desk for extra. Otherwise great stay, quiet, clean, and safe.

I stayed at the hotel so I could still be able to get to work during an ice storm. The parking lot was almost full which told me they had a lot of other guests, but they made me feel like I was the only one. Great service with nice and smiling faces. And the waffles for breakfast are just a bonus.

Pay cash for the deposit do not use card they charged my card twice 1 was for 64.11 and 1 was for 35.89 i received the 35.89 back on my card but not the 64.11 when i called the owner to let her know she immediately told me it went back on the card i continued to explain it did not and she just started to get very aggressive on phone i still have not received the money back

The clerk who checked us in was curt and not welcoming at all. Thankfully, when we returned later that evening, the evening clerk was very helpful and courteous.

The room was only surface cleaned. There was 1/2 in of dust and debris under beds and around headboard and bedside table. Spiders also! I was very disappointed. Pool was Very cold also.

This was just an overnight stay for us. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean, and it was quiet at night. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, big truck parking available with plenty of room. Breakfast available from 6-9 am. I did'nt partake, but it was available. It was quiet and served my needs.

Strange they want you to leave $100 cash for incidentals even if you pay with card. Said they would return if after our stay they didn’t see signs of smoking in room. How can they give that back to you though if they check room upon leaving and them cleaning. Seemed strange and I told them they would have to put on card and return that way! Was upset no pool due to covid I have traveled ALOT pre/during/post covid and pretty much all pools are open, some of course with stipulations. No hot water was HORRIBLE!!! They said a tank went out, I understand things happen but for what we paid for 2 nights something should have been refunded as we had to shower elsewhere.

The bath did not hold water. The water was luke warm at best which made for a cold shower. The breakfast was a packet of oatmeal and no water to make it, granola bar and yogurt.

We have stayed here in the past and have had no issues. Arrived as a late check in. Was told by clerk that because we booked this online that we were required to pay 100 cash deposit. They would not accept debit or credit cards. Cash only for the deposit. We had to leave and go to a convince store to use the atm machine to get cash. Then they would not refund the deposit until our room was checked by the staff. What the heck. Never had this happen in the past.
