The hotel is definitely changing and not for the better. We have a beautiful room. I think it’s the best room in the hotel because it has a really nice little grassy space. That space is important to me because of my allergies to the smell of exhaust on cars. And because of the grassy area in front of the windows, no cars can park there. However, people go all under the windows and leave their dogs poop. The smell comes in the window and the air conditioner. I hope they tell people to go to the large sand areas for the dogs. My daughter has a special needs dog and I take him to the sand area and respect others. It’s just not nice to go under peoples windows. Hopefully that will change.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel! My room is nice because it has a lovely grassy area right in front of the window, which means no cars are parked there. We get this cool little breeze coming through, making it so refreshing! One thing I wish could change, though, is the check-out policy every 21 days. While it’s meant to be an extended stay hotel, it is limited to the 21 days. So if you’re planning a long-term stay, you might want to consider another hotel. Overall, it’s a great place, just limited.

I checked in went out for the night and when I came back in the morning I noticed someone had been in my room there was dirty towels and lubricant massage oil left behind, from whoever had used my room. Which I assume must have been the employees because who would know the room would be empty over night.

Cheap stays for a reason. Stayed here before but this time was different. Got sent to a room that wasn’t ready then got a room that had dust all over and cracked frames around the whole room. Left and came back and my hotel key didn’t work, when asked for a new one, I was laughed at by the front desk worker. Overall, very average stay some experiences below average. You’re better off spending a bit extra to stay at the hotel across the street.

Me and my daughter has been living at this hotel since June of this year. We love it here being a native of the city. We have the perfect room as the window looks out to a small grassy area. It’s a wonderful hotel, however, there’s a few things that needs addressing because as of lately we have to move out every 21 days and it has become such a burden on us and we feel that at least the hotel could give us the benefit-of-the-doubt that they give to others people who have been there for a long time, who do not have to check out every 21 days. Also people who are not checked in the hotel bring their dogs to the hotel to poop on the grassy areas and don’t pick it up. Lastly, the change of staff is frustrating because getting to know the staff and how nice they are and then they are gone, leaving us to get to know new staff members and if they are nice. Other than these issues I would give the hotel 💯

I stay at this hotel for weeks at a time so you get to know people. The staff is friendly and courteous. I use a stroller and am recovering from major surgery. Yanelis went above and beyond in assisting me on a day I was dealing with a lot of pain. I appreciate her kindness and grace. The whole staff is like this!

I felt so uncomfortable in the room because, I felt like everything was dirty. There was dust on the tables, the towels had black and brown stains, good thing I always take my own towel. Parking was good the area looked nice and safe.

I mean i only paid $90, but it smells like wet dog. Smells like cat urine down the hall where my room was. Curtains had cigarette burns all over. I was scared to get into the bed and i felt like bugs were crawling all over me. I couldnt stop itching and scratching. I found a big black hair in the sheets and i convinced myself it was a long dig hair. I had already paid. I thought staying in yorba linda it would be decent since its a nice area. Staff was friendly.
Ill have to pay more to get somewhere better next time.

I’ve stayed at this Extended Stay America in Yorba Linda for weeks at a time. The staff is friendly and works had at providing good customer service. Recently some maintenance work was needed in our room so instead of bothering us they moved us across the hall. From Eddie who informed us to Pedro who fixed the issue to Yanelis at the front desk they went above and beyond. Turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one!

This hotel is a typical Extended Stay America with a full refrigerator and a stove top. Even though there are many more locations in Orange County I’ve stayed at this one for over a month and it’s a value for Southern California. Not the fanciest nor upscale it remains clean. Ideal for a family on vacation and on a budget. The Yorba Linda staff is friendly and hard working. From the front desk to the housekeepers to the facilities staff they all work together and with a smile.

I've stayed here before a couple of years back and it wasn't that bad, but this last stay, the placed smelled like an old folks home. I'm not sure what kind of cleaners they're using but it was just awful. The price is cool, but that lobby smell was too much

Carpet has past it’s useful life with tears. Windows were FILTHY. Ask for hair dryer, it didn’t work. Went back to desk, line of people waiting with now at the desk. Later got second hair drier, no good either. Agent said they only have 2.

This Extended Stay Hotel has a very caring staff. They are ALL to be commended. Most of the customers are “regulars” and have gotten to know the workers pretty well. There are several team members that stand out. One is Pedro who does all things Facility related. He is a hard worker and friendly to everyone he interacts with and handles any task asked of him. He is an “glue guy” who gets things done. Another member who stands out to me is Eddie who is more at the front desk. Eddie does everything and is kind. He often goes above and beyond his duties.

My room was not clean at all. There were dirty towels , bugs. And no lobby for me to sit and watch sit and wait for my ride. There were kids running up and down the hall with m my floor last night. The barely slept. And my air conditioner barely worked! There is no lobby at all no where to sit. My car was stolen a few months ago. So I have no car and I had to wait about 3-5 hours for my ride to pick me up. And I had to wait outside across the street because they also don’t any chairs or benches out front of hotel to wait at. And I had too much luggage with me to walk anywhere close by

The staff was friendly and kind, but when I arrived it looked like my bathroom had not been properly cleaned. I asked the front desk multiple times to send someone to clean the bathroom, and they kept saying they would send someone, but I went my entire stay without them ever sending anyone to clean the bathroom.

Def. not the place to stay. People are actually living here. I believe this may be where they house the homeless. The place was dirty on the outside. The building needs a good power wash. It's very run down looking. The hallway smelled of cigerettes, beds were lumpy, hot water was horrible, the iron did not get hot and if on the 4th floor the bed/floor vibrate from I believe them doing laundry all hours of the night. It was not the place to stay with my daughter. I did not feel safe at all. We were suppose to stay for 3 days and ended up only staying one day. The gentlemen at the desk however, was very kind the night we checked in and when I checked out. He did refund me for the days we did not stay which, he didn't have to do. So, thank you for that.
