Very nice hotel, staff brilliant, perhaps hotel could look at lift/stair area… very restricted access to/ from the stairs in the event of a coach party arriving and all queuing to use the lifts… disaster in all honesty 🙈!!

A comfortable place with a good bar on a brief stop in the city to enjoy some time with friends and a great gig! A pleasant and hassle free time, and even some great advice on local tourism from reception! Hopefully back before too long.

The area around the hotel makes it feel a bit isolated, however the staff made it very welcoming

Our experience of the hotel was very good, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, food was good, room was comfortable and quiet.
Our only problem was at breakfast, I left with our daughter to give my partner time to relax and enjoy her tea. The waiter then asked if he could clear her table. My partner said yes of course.
The waiter then proceeded to clear the surrounding tables and put everything on my partners table, right in front of her were scraps and half eaten breakfasts. She was a bit annoyed but she didn't make a fuss and she said nothing but left obviously unable to enjoy her tea. The young man then held the door for her.
I feel that his training was lacking as the waiter was very polite and helpful but lacked etiquette in customer service.

We had a wonderful visit, I contacted the hotel to say we were arriving early in the day, our room was ready, no charge…Alice at the front desk was very helpful, we ate lunch here and went out for the day.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute due to a serious family emergency. The hotel then refused to refund me. Totally heartless.

Cloven was excellent at check in. Our room was available when we arrived. The small extra charge we paid for a Premium room was worthwhile as we had a small fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
The hotel was well situated for everything we wanted to visit in Belfast. 15 minute walk from most city sites. 5 minutes from bus station. 20 minutes walk from train station.
We'd stay there if we were in the city again.

Great facilities. 10 min walk straight in to the city where every shop imaginable is there! Overnight parking at discount price just across the road. Lovely and clean, room cleaned every day. We chose to have drinks downstairs every day as it was so nice and breakfast was delicious! Huge variety! We stayed with our 6 & 9 yesr old and the staff made such a fuss of them.

This hotel is ideally placed if you are coming in by bus from the airport as we did. There are plenty of decent places to eat within 10 - 15 minute stroll. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of dinner the one night we ate in. Breakfast was also good. It is a 10 - 15 min walk to City Hall where you can pick up tour buses etc. Only glitch during our stay was our room not being serviced and it ended up being done at 10pm. But it was done. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and special shout out to Amy who helped us out with parking (nearby at reduced rate) and postage.Would recommend.

The hotel was definitely quiet and clean, very good area for being able to walk to the city centre, catch the hop on hop off bus tours. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, food was fresh and area was clean, lots of seating.

Overall good experience. Hotel location is great with convenient walking options to so many shopping and dining areas. Breakfast menus was okay, would like to see wider food options. Rooms are small but clean.

Staff was professional and all were cheerful and helpful
Azuka went above and beyond by helping us on his day off. We had a complicated problem and his first statement was we can figure it out. And his solution ended up taking time on his day off to help us. Incredible kindness.

Check in was no problem! We arrived around 11 am and asked if we could leave our luggage until we could check. We were told our room was ready, so an early check in was gratefully received! Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent choice! We will be staying again!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Belfast.
Great location for getting to the city centre. Parking is limited to a nearby Multi Storey Car Park which is subsidised. There was some confusion with staff around how the parking validation worked and took a couple of conversations to clarify.
Unfortunately the sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable to sleep on. Worth a visit for a short city break.

Had a wonderful stay this weekend. The staff were amazing! Suchadee, TJ, Azuka, Lizzie, Sanita and really everyone there were super nice, helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. We had 2 amazing dinners at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. The front desk ordered all our taxis and they were there in minutes. Would highly recommend.
