It was very comfortable for our family of 4. We enjoyed our one night stay on our road trip. I’m not sure how walkable it is though to the sites of Letterkenny as we didn’t venture into the town itself.

The hotel is in great condition and exceptionally maintained. Staff are amongst some of the nicest, most friendly and helpful staff ever encountered. Very accommodating of families. Food is delicious, too, and the spa / pool is wonderful.

The staff in the Mulberry room were so sweet & friendly. Jessica greeted us most mornings and was so sweet and helpful. Kira also was sweet. On our last day we hoped to see them to say goodbye but they were not working that morning. We also had lovely conversations with Swatee. They all made us feel very welcomed and at home.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. We had booked a room for 2 adults and a child, and were very suprised to have a massive room with a king size bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. We packed the sofa bed away and there was so much space in the room. It was very much appreciated.
The swimming pool and health suite were lively and not too busy. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. This hotel is situated in a great location, beside many shops and restaurants. There are some boy racers that drive up the road beside the hotel, but the hotel can't help that. It's not too noisy from the first floor room we were in. The restaurant (The Mulberry, i think it was called) has very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent too.
We will definitely stay at this hotel gain.

Overall this is a good quality chain hotel. It does what it says on the tin in a clean commercial way but without showing any degree of panache or point of difference. Its clean. Buffet breakfast is decent (if you're into large scale buffet breakfasts) and the bar is smart and does what its supposed to do. Rooms were smart and functional although the comfort of the actual mattress was not overly pleasant along with the pillows, but overall the Radisson hotels are a safe bet and very pleasant.

At this time the showers were not as clean as normal!, we went to the pool hoping to have a little girl time and relax only to find older men just sitting at the pool side just leering at women in the pool area which made us feel quite uncomfortable!! Any time we went to the steam or sauna it felt like another male was following us!, if that wasn’t bad enough my daughter was showering only to be interrupted as the doors cannot be locked, this wasn’t the first time this happened

We had a great one night stay at the hotel. easy check-in, helpfull staff, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast, well designed and furnished public areas. lack of entertainment in bar on saturday night was only slight disappointment.

Stayed here for 1 night, my room was very hot (24 degrees c) and not enough hot water pressure to run a bth(cold was fine).
I asked at reception regarding the heat in my room and was told that as I was in a standard room there was no air conditioning, and a fan was sent to the room.
The irony was that as the room was too hot I had to open the window, but when I did I had to close it again as the noise from the air conditionjng units outside my room was too loud.

Very good, very noisy cars rallying up and down the road adjacent to the Hotel in the early hours, not something the Hotel can sort out, but perhaps a complaint to the local Garda, would help.
