Bed sunk in the middle, I registered my car with the front desk and they still put a notice on my car windshield because I didn't have the paper they gave me to put in my dash, it flew away when I went to go eat. The lady I checked in with also threaten to evict me if I had a guest over and I didn't register them with the front desk. All around this place is horrible and I would never stay there again.

Our stay was amazing we have stayed here before but every experience that we get after every new state is just better than the one before the staff is always on point and on top of whatever it is you need in any request and always making sure they welcome you and make you feel right at home thanks to everyone up there in the front desk to the maintenance team to the housekeeping team thanks Motel 6 keep up the great work

Tried to cancel couldn’t got charged anyway

Had a wonderful stay! Such a pleasant surprise that the rooms have been refurbished. The rooms look fabulous and so many amenities added into the rooms. Mini fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, iron and coffee maker. I was so pleased with all the upgrades. Can’t wait for my next stay here.

The bath was so small and was uncomfortable taking a shower.

Good central location for Knottsberry farm, even Disney , and lots of good food options nearby. Really cheap for California if you book early. If you try and book last minute, especially weekends, good luck. Overall relatively uneventful , cheap , pleasant experience.

Staff was nice during check in and check out, rooms were clean the beds were hard as hell. Room was pretty small but overall it’s alright

AC was out during a heatwave like bro we could’ve died in that little hell hole

Everything was nice except for the pool was dirty with a randome piece of what looked like plastic, they didnt have one of those net things so we could get it out on our own. And the TV in our room was not working.

Unfortunately the AC broke and to use a fan to cool up the room.

Clean and great staff. But street pretty noisy.

2 Bed Premium room too small and cramped, no bathtub and small shower that all the water splashed on the floor, not enough outlets in the room. And no microwave in the room.

Rooms are nice

The rooms had NO A/C we were told fan would be provided , they were was but didn’t was not enough for the heat, it was over 90 at night, at 9am the fire department were doing drill in the room next to us and came to knock ours by mistake waking us up, even after requesting late check out at reception the night before as we knew we would arrive after 2/3 am this was a super annoying would not recommend

Everything was well just didn’t like that the room had no ac. It was 100 degrees outside and going to a motel with no ac sure does suck

Inspite of having asked for housekeeping services on my second/third day there, my room was never serviced! Also, my room key kept having to be reactivated which is annoying especially coming back from a long & busy day at the hospital.

Broken ac room was hot

Rooms were hot and stuffy with no AC or proper ventilation after showering and no availability to switch rooms

A couple of hours before I was due to check in, the motel called me and said that none of their rooms had air conditioning, it was broken and they didn't know when it would be fixed. They gave me 20% off to stay there. The front desk, when I arrived, said that that building had working AC, but not the building they put me in, and they refused to let me go to the building they had working AC. After I begged them, they finally at least gave me a small refrigerator so I could have cold drinks to make my stay somewhat bearable. They eventually sent up a box fan to help get air flowing, as despite what the front desk told me, the room was horribly stuffy and hot. However, when I was trying to adjust the fan in the window, it fell like 2 feet to the floor, and it was so cheap and poorly made, one of the blades snapped. I eventually got it to work right, at least. My last morning there, I went to the bathroom. As I was using the toilet, 2 cockroaches ran into the open and just started chilling there. I told the front desk, and they did say they would give me an extra 20% off. However, they were surprised that when I checked in, I wasn't offered a room in the section with working AC, which indicates that the AC hasn't been working for a while before I got there, and that they had lied about no rooms with AC being available. I am highly unlikely to go there again if they don't do something to make things right. I am aghast at their treatment of their customers.

Super clean room and great service

I stay here all the time I love it the staff is great it's super clean it's around all the good food to eat not far from the freeway a very great place to stay

Second time staying here. Both times the AC in the room didn’t work. First time I got moved to another room. This time there were no AC working rooms available so I was given a fan. I had to put it in the window to get fresh air so basically the room wasn’t secured as my window was open all night. They could have just not rented that whole building so people could find another place

The office lady was very nice helpful and even called to check on us that was surprising for motel 6

There’s no aircon the entire building

The AC was off all night, leading to us have to sleep with the window open. It was just three young girls and we felt unsafe all night. We didn’t hear about the AC issue until 11pm when we came to check in. Front desk was very kind about it but definitely ruined the night.
