My room was not properly cleaned. My daughter found a pair of dirty woman’s underwear under her pillow. She is 13. When I addressed this with the front desk she said “ oh… sorry I will let them (whoever that is) know.” I just feel like that was extremely disgusting considering I paid over $250 for my room I deserved more than that response.

The staff were very kind and gracious! And our children had a great time at the waterpark. However, the lodging left a lot to be desired. The room was muggy and didn't cool off very well with the a/c unit. The refrigerator was leaking into the carpet, and the microwave didn't work. The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets kept coming off all of our beds (we had a queen bed, two twin bunks and the sofa bed). The bar of soap for hands and shower were so tiny it was laughable. The showerhead was quite old and its spray hurt. This hotel has so so much potential but is in desperate need of revitalization!

If not for Waterpark this place would have nothing. All the bars/grills were closed. Even the Waterpark snack bar was closed. Appeared one person was managing front desk and the gift shop. Toilet seat was broken and no soap or shampoo provided. Inside just looked unkept and poorly maintained. Waterpark was decent but lack of food/beverage on site was very disappointing.

There was no soap or body wash in our room. We had to shower with shampoo.

We came with our 10 year old and 8 year old grandkids. The water park and arcade were great. Location was wonderful, close to a lot of things. The room was great, spacious, had a microwave and fridge just starting to get a little run down could use a few minor repairs. We would definitely come back.

The waterpark had to much chlorine. Our room had mold in the window. Bed sheets and blankets stained.

Fun, safe and fairly affordable stay !

Horrible. Checked into room and went to waterpark. After went back to room to get ready for bed. Kleenex boz empty sink.broken water leaking all.over floor. Pulled back comforter on bed and stained sheets that lookes like poop smeares. Went to front desk. Lady apologized said she is going to upgrade us to a king queen suite. Went back to room and started packong up stuff to move rooms. Oops lady mistaken no suites available cant get us into another room until next day. Next day comes and we move rooms, not an upgrade same type of room but much cleaner. Unpack everything head out to bay beach for fun. Come back go to Waterpark and then head back.to room after closing time. Gonto take shower tonget the chlorine off and turn shower on and something flies off the ahower head and water spraying everywhere so cant take a shower. Then herd of elephants above ua for over 3 hours running around. Went to fint desk.to complain about everything and all she said was ok i will call them and talk to them. She did nothing about shower. Even though she called the room.makong all the npise they didnt listen to her. Check-out in the morning and they charged me.more for the room switch. Glad a manager is supposed to call.me on Monday to privide a discount because this was mybworst experience to date at their hotel.

Loved our spacious room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The arcade had many games that were broken. The bed linens were thin and stiff. I would honestly bring my comforter next time because it was like sleeping with a bath towel.

The water park was nice. The rooms were less than desirable. They haven’t updated the rooms since they built it or so it seems. The beds were uncomfortable (so much so that we left a day early due to the beds), the dresser in our room wouldn’t shut so my toddler constantly was trying to climb into the dresser. Every time you closed the drawers it they would slowly come back out. The restaurant was never open, even tho they advertise for breakfast and lunch along with dinner. The best part was the water park and it makes me sad as GREEN BAY is home of the packers so many families stay at the Tundra it’s too bad they don’t think it’s worth putting money back into the resort!

The water park was perfect for a six-year-old. Enjoyed our stay.

My last two stays were the tv didn’t work and this I had to go back to the front desk 3 times for my key card not working. We ate in the bar area and the poor bartender was mixing drinks, taking food orders and delivering the food. Simple bar food took over 30 minutes. No fault of the server - place under staffed. Concession area in the water park was closed.

We had a great time.

Everything was great except the pool and arcade hours. People with young children are up early and ready to swim/ play by 7/8 am. Having to wait around until 11am was brutal.

Fun water park

The check in process is ridiculous.

We were 10 minutes early for check in and our room was not ready. We were basically told to get back in line and hopefully our room would be ready when we were at the front of the line again. Room didn’t feel look or clean. You pay to be by the stadium.

For a “resort”, it’s ok. We really want to love this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which is always huge! The property is showing signs of aging (including the room we stayed in); so much so where despite loving the Waterpark and game room (which is in itself in need of some fixes) we probably won’t stay again until they undergo a remodel of some sort or we will just stay elsewhere and buy bands for their Waterpark.

Great spot for kids. Waterpark was great. Only issue we had was our toilet did not function at all on day of checkout.

We have stayed here every Packers family night weekend for the last few years. I think this year was our last. The amenities listed are not always open and the reason given is lack of staff however the rooms are still full price. Having the waterslides down during the middle of the day, the bar isn’t open at night, several arcade games not working it’s just disappointing for the price we are paying. Lastly, the rooms are certainly in need of some updating. Bathroom door has a lot of water damage, the tub was full of stains and drained slow. We had a cabin which included bunk beds, someone thought it was a great idea to place the fire sprinkler right over the top bunk…our daughters hair got tangled up in the sprinkler in the middle of the night when she needed to get up to use the restroom and it took us about 30 min to free her without having to just cut her hair. Overall this place just isn’t worth the price anymore.

We needed a place to stay close to the stadium but I do not think I would stay there again. I considered the bathroom filthy, rugs felt nasty and the mattresses old and uncomfortable. Also air conditioner did not always work, I was told it was because the sun was beating down on it and it does that sometimes. I wish I had a better review, the grounds were beautiful outside and it had a decent small waterpark.

Family and kids enjoyed the stay

I enjoyed the water park very much. The room was good, very noisy bathroom fan, leaky tub faucet, tape holding smoke detector up, windows had a lot of condensation. The people were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not good. Brown serve sausages that were cold, cold tots, not real eggs. The pancakes and French toast were good.

I liked that there was a little variety of things to do. The amount of pizza places near by are amazing, Kwik Trip down the road. Location is pretty good with big parking lot.

It was a super fun stay. Felt like a kid again on the water slides and also relaxing in the hot tub. The only downfall was the bar was closed down and it was my birthday but other than that I would highly recommend this resort and we will be back!

Beds were comfortable and the waterpark was great!
