Ours was an overnight stay. The room was fairly basic but comfortable. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. My wife travels with a “Blue Lught”, in which she inspects everything for cleanliness. She gave our room 👍👍👍, which is a perfect score! A bit of noise could be heard from traffic throughout the night, which could bother a light sleeper. Nothing the hotel could do about that.
The breakfast next door was good, not great. Pretty basic for most hotels. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.
Over, a very nice stay and for the price, highly recommended.

Convenient location downtown but older property. Lots of street noise, noisy AC/Heating unit and no area for pets if you have one. Very nice staff tho!

Old, outdated room.& facilities. Bed was uncomfortable. Bedding old & in need of update. Staff was nice. Locationis good. With remodel & upgrades much improved experience will happen.

Good stay. All about location. Hotel is near shopping, great food, etc. walked everywhere. Little noisy from traffic. But not a deal breaker. I’m all about location. Once there, I don’t want to drive anywhere

We stayed here for one night Saturday October 5th after attending a BBQ party in the area. The clerk had issues with the computer but was very apologetic & it was out of her control so check in took a few minutes which was fine. We were given a room at the Gold Rush Building which looked a little scary but we were pleasantly surprised. Room was clean as well as the bathroom, was spacious, had a microwave & mini fridge which was appreciated. Only issue we had was the TV would not turn on (kept saying no signal) so we had to turn it on & off several times. Oh & you can definitely hear the traffic so beware…we were too exhausted to care but we’d stay again if in the area!

From the moment of Check in the Front Desk Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable . They offer a free full service hot buffet breakfast that is delicious. This Hotel is pet friendly . I did not see animal feces laying around the grounds were clean. The Hotel is 3 floors no elevator but, they have walk up ramps so disabled guests don't have to climb stairs. The room rates are affordable . I would give this Hotel a 10 score .

Excellent staff was very helpful! Rooms were remodeled in the last two years. Definitely worth the value. All staff is very helpful and kind. Parking was easy and no stairs as hotel is built on a hill. Easy access on ramps from back of building. Pool is very clean and nice and breakfast was fresh and hot! Full hot breakfast and the coffee was good too!

I made my reservation on Expedia outside the hotel. I went in and the check in was easy and quick. Very reasonable rate and a super breakfast from 6am-9pm

As always, our stay at the Heritage was fabulous. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The staff goes above and beyond, and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. We will never stay anywhere other than the Heritage when we go to Sonora.

The staff at this hotel were great. Unfortunately the room i booked, with a hot tub, didn't make it on the cleaning list. So when i arrived they had to put me in an another room but hotels.com refunded me the difference.

Room was hot power kept going out. Front desk was nice but manager stays there and don't work but wanna have a say so and be nosey and only helps when she feels like it.

We had a challenging time with a death in the family. The staff was great really helpful and supportive. The breakfast was ample.
Thrown was clean and the bathroom was pleasant recently redone. We enjoyed some sunset swims on somdcc CD really hot days.

The ladies at check in were extremely nice. Although they charged me $40 early check in fee which I think is crazy. That’s too much. Most places only charge $20. I drove 5 hrs to get there just to be hit with that early check in fee. I had a corner unit ground level. It was quiet. Beds are ok. Could use an update on them. Or atleast a pillow top. The location was easy access to everything. The pool was good. Nice and deep. Up to 7 ft. The bathroom window was dirty. Looked like they forgot to clean it. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. Most places when they say hot breakfast usually is just a waffle and rest is cold.

Everything was perfect, except the security in the parking lot. Someone try to steal my jet skies. They cut the lock in the trailer and left ready to steal them over the night. Thanks GOD I went to check my truck before go to bed and I found the lock was cut. The property has cameras all over the place and hopefully they found who did this and did something. I left next morning without any problems.
Besides that 5 stars to the hotel and staff. Just as advice if your hot tub its not available you should put that in your website.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room smelled like old cigarettes so i didn't like that. Other than that it was acceptable for a 1 night stay. There was also a decent breakfast included.

Stayed here for the night it was nice and quiet. Room was nice and clean but one of the rooms had a bit of a smoker smell to it even though it says no smoking on the door. Other than that it was great breakfast was nice and the pool was good I wish they had extended the hours for the pool. But nevertheless the hotel was good.

Older but decent place to spend the night. Bathroom was roomy with lots of counter space and walk-in shower (recently updated). TV channels a little fuzzy. Walked to supper. Great price.
