Bathroom in the room was dirty, stains on tub and shower walls. Shower got slightly warmer than lukewarm at best, and pressure was awful as half the water soewed from the tub faucet.

Room was perfect. However, there was a constant, loud noise coming from the bathroom, which sounded like a mechanical hum. It wasn’t noticeable until I went to bed, but once the room was quiet, it became impossible to ignore. Even with the bathroom door closed, the noise was persistent, and it made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Price was increased from the 306 that we were given at the time if booking to 331. we were told it was a 20 min drive to Plymouth which was not accurate, (took longer). This hotel is in the middle of no where. Nothing around us. Fan noise in bathroom ran all night. The temperature in the room was difficult to set, it would only set at off or cool. tv had no guide. At breakfast, the tables were dirty, no one was around to clean them. No cloths for us to clean them ourselves, and no covers for hot coffee

Hotel could use some TLC, there was some cleaness issue, i sat down on the couch and there were used q-tips in them, there were random stains on the wall, and when we were leaving i found something under the couch that looked like some type of rubber band, done even want to know what it was used for. I stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns and i was not to impreesed with this one and with explore my options next time before i stay in another.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. I only have two pieces for feedback to give. The bed in my room was really high up, like I had to climb up to get on top of it. Short-person problem perhaps. The other bigger issue is that the tap water tastes awful, both in the room and at the breakfast area. I was forced to buy a couple bottles of water. Maybe this is what they want you to do?

Pot smoke on floor 2 everyday. I won’t be returning. I had my family with me. Other family members were also on floor 2 and were charged a fee for smoking even though they weren’t the ones smoking. Ridiculous.

The room was your average hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning fan was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. Wanted to change rooms but they were full. So we slept in a hot musty room all night.

Check in was easy. Room very clean. Bed exceptionally comfy. TV...not working. Front desk person came to the room to attempt to fix but was unable. I was totally unpacked, in my jammies and about to eat dinner. I was offered another room but I was just to tired to move. Spent the evening scrolling on my phone. Thus the 4 star instead of 5.
