My family was here for five nights, and throughout our entire stay, the service was nonexistent. I had made multiple requests for room services and the front desk kept on reassuring us that they will let the cleaning team know, but nothing happened! We are very disappointed with our poor service experience! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don't mind cleaning for your own room and dumping your own trash every day.

We have stayed at this property before but not through Hotels.Com. Was a little unhappy My room wasn’t ready until almost 9:00 that night because their washing machine wasn’t working. But overall it was a pleasant stay and not too far from Family & the airport.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn and wanted to share my experience.
From the moment I arrived, the staff at were welcoming and efficient. Check-in at Hampton Inn was a breeze with a digital key. The lobby is beautifully decorated, setting a positive first impression.
My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The service throughout my stay was outstanding. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay even more special. Great place to stay if youre in the area

The bathroom floor in my room was nasty. My socks literally stuck to the floor. I’m glad I brought socks because I walked barefoot n the tile floor and it was so gross. Obviously nobody bothered to mop the floor. Sheets appeared to have been slept in. Coffee creamer had long plastic looking drip from the dispenser. Disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was fairly basic but clean. There were plenty of outlets for charging phones. The bathroom was spacious with ample counter space. The breakfast was definitely better than any we have experienced from a chain hotel. There were lots of options to select from. The food was fresh and abundant. Even though we didn't get down to the dining area until almost 10, there were employees still replenishing with more food.

Staff was super nice but hotel is older. The lobby is renovated and looks great but the rooms and bathrooms are old. My room was smelly and I assume it was because of the really old, dirty carpet. Remove the carpet and it gets better.

Nice and clean place to stay. The roof of the room we were in was leaking into the room. But they were doing construction on the room so it was easy to overlook. Breakfast was great.
