Very unimpressive. Some things didn't work. Musty room with stains on the ceiling. Tired hotel. Terrible breakfast.

Nothing close to what the website states. Property needs much work. No staff was available in the evening. They actually had a sign up that stated to call over to Quality Inn for assistance and the nice lady was not able to help answer any questions. We had to close our bags tightly to prevent bringing home roaches. Thank goodness we only had to stay for one night and spent have of our evening and an event we came in the area specifically for.

My stay was horrible. My family and i got to the hotel at btwn 1-1:30am Sunday morning. The guy in the front was very pleasant. The rooms was another story. A roach greated us as we enter the room. The smell was another. My sisters the clean freak get to cleaning the room. There was roach in the ice tray, i open the cabinet door to where the refrigerator and microwave wave is and roaches where running everywhere. There were food on the curtains. The floor look like it hasn't been mop in months, there were dry food on the floor. The bed sheets looked old with a lot of satins. This teaches me " NEXT TIME BRING SHEETS FROM HOME". I had to go downstairs to the receptionist to ask for airfreshner. The guy gave me a bottle of fabreeze, which i use to spary the carpet and curtains. This only keep the smell away for a couple of hours. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you are traveling with children with healt conditions.

First day i got double charged and our requested jacuzzi tub didnt work. The General manager has a serious attitude problem towards customers. He walked away from customers problems and said General management don't work weekends and left. They changed my room the next day and the jacuzzi tub worked, but one of the jets popped out and hit me in the back. The manager April returned my money and she made the stay pleasant with her kind acts.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The only thing good is the staff who works the front desk (Amber, Randy, and Lucretia) and those poor people shouldn’t have to work in that dump of a place. The pictures advertised are NOT the actual pictures. The outside looks pathetic and terrible. Weeds growing everywhere, it’s not safe, then when you go inside, they are operating on one system connected to the quality inn next door, meaning if you got a problem, you gotta hope they are available next door. Having worked 15 years for Hilton, that says, the independent owner is cheap and getting over. The hallway is dirty, elevator is dirt and concerning, I stayed on the second floor, hallways dirty, carpet stained, got to my room, bathtub dirty, old towels, flower dirty, pulled covers back and found hair. Blinds were raggedy and feel down when i tried to close it. Amber and Randy tried to move me 3 times, one room had no lamps or lights and was dirty, another room smelled like smoke and they tried to paint over it, I ended up sleeping with my clothes because it was too late to try and go anywhere. I was suppose to stay 3 nights but due to the false advertising, I checked our. Lucretia said they would honor the full refund, but Expedia said the honor said because I occupied a night, they would still charge one night. This place is the toliet and the owners need to be ashamed for the conditions of this property. RUN! BYPASS, DO NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I knew that we wouldn’t arrive until around 2am. I called the Hotel and told them that. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived at 2:09am and went to check in I was told that there were no rooms remaining with 2 beds. The only room left had a king bed and a pull out couch. So we took it. Upon opening the door the room had a real musty smell. There was mold on on the skirt of the king sized bed, on the lampshade and on the pullout couch. Fortunately the desk clerk provided sheets pillows and one set of towels. Thank goodness as there were no other towels. The toilet upon being flushed filled and almost overflowed but it did drain except in the morning. All of the drains in the room drained slow. Had it not been going on 3am and we had driven almost 6 hours and only needed a few hours rest we would have not stayed.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had normal wear and tear but was nothing out of the ordinary.

The service was great. They were attentive to our concerns. The room clean. Breakfast was good also

Odd feature to my room, there was large characters scribed on the wall... No idea why they wouldn't have it painted over.

Room was infested with little cockroaches, bathtub had mold. Hotel smelled marihuana all day, specially at night. Breakfast was the same every single day, a mini omelette, hard French toast, sausage and strawberry yogurt. Very disappointed. I couldn’t change hotel because I was in a budget. I asked to change my room 3 times. In the first room the shade didn’t work In the second, there weren’t no lamps (lady at the front desk told me maybe someone stole them because “you are in Waldorf” In the third one the window lack was broken, so anyone can come in to the room through the window. The location seems unsafe. I will never stay in this hotel again. Stay away everyone, not worth your money.

I think they need a laundry room

I contacted the hotel to check on my reservation, discovered a discrepancy with the room type, contacted Expedia to discuss it; Expedia advertised a three queen bed room but the hotel stated that they only had two queen beds. They stated that I'd have to talk to Expedia, which I did, an agent from Expedia contacted the hotel. The agent from Expedia communicated that I would receive a $20.00 refund and that I still had my existing reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel stated that Expedia had cancelled my reservation, and that my room had been rented out to someone else. Expedia insisted that they didn't cancel the reservation and the hotel stated that Expedia cancelled it. I had to book another hotel room elsewhere directly through a hotel. I spoke with Expedia again who stated that the hotel cancelled the reservation and that I would be refunded for my reservation. They stated that I would be put through to a reservation resolution department, I was kept on hold for a long time for the agent to only offer a $25 credit for a current reservation. I told her that I absolutely don't trust Expedia at this point and never will for any future booking needs.

They have updated the hotel and front desk staff was outstanding, the microwave was badly cracked, iron was broken and people were in the parking lot next door with their music going until 1am

When we arrived at the Wingate there were several police cars out front and some loiterers in front of the entrance. The general manager greeted us and was very friendly, he assured us that everything was brand new. As we walked to our room the carpets were dirty and stained. The elevator and halls smelled strongly of marijuana. The room was ok at best. Several fixtures were dented and in less than ideal condition. The room had no phone but it did have several roaches.

Shame!! Shame! Shame!!!! 1st- No one should pay close to $$$.$$ to stay in a run down Hotel. This has nothing to do with pleasant staff. The White weed Horror MOTEL we stayed in had screens falling out of the front windows/trash on all sides of building and (smelled/no ice/holes in the 2nd provided towels/and it was raided by the police because of young adults activities. The pictures online are a BALD FACE lie!! Early 2 hour check at $75.00 (4 cars parted in front and we arrived 1.5 hours early and because we passed on paying that, we weren't able to use the restrooms due to not being Guest until we had actually check in 1.5 hours later. Shame!! Shame!! SHAME!! on corporate for listing this as a Wyndham partnership. At least the were no blood stains on the wall and couch, like last year trickery at the LaQuinta. I feel bad for the staff who had to endure all the complaints. The only thanks is to that staff for the pleasantness. 0-2 RATING overall!!

The staff was amazing but the property lacked alot of things . Number one someone tried to break into cars . There is a row of houses that overlooks the hotel and i believe they watch people . Second the beds had mutiple stains on them . Not the sheets just the bed itself . They didnt give you any kind of cimforter . The hotel smelled fresh but overall i would never stay there again

We arrived very late so we were too exhausted to even file a complaint. We stayed in 211 and the room couldn’t have been more disgusting. The linen was dirty and extremely stained, both bath and bed. The window has a hole in it so the humidity was combating the ac. We could tell there wasn’t much care or pride put into the cleanliness or preparation of our room. No blow dryer, i had to ask for an iron they had nothing to iron on
