Service at checkin worst I ever had. Not a warm welcome like putting her out. One of the ladies was eating sunflowers or something and spitting them in her had. Gross!

Right in the middle of Flowood, surrounded by shopping & great places to eat. The floors have designated quiet hours and it was so peaceful!

Wonderful location. Very close to the airport. The location offers many retail stores and great restaurants. The hotel was clean and the breakfast choices was nice.

Everything was find except the carpet was not vacuumed. There was debree on the floor. Also the plastic on the Toilet seat was coming off. It also looked dirty bc of that. I woukd not use it.

We were glad this hotel cleaned the rooms and changed out the towels daily. Most hotels still have the covid changes in place - do not clean room daily and expect you to reuse your towels - yuck!

We stayed here for a quick overnight on our way to Florida. Kids loved the free breakfast, pool and gym. Super friendly staff!

Property overall was good. Breakfast was also good and a variety of choices. However, my room must have not been clean too well since I found hair on the desk.

Our room and interior/exterior of the property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing that was an issue during our stay was the noise in the hallways by inconsiderate guest coming in late in the night, 1am-3am. Being loud and disturbing that carried on. Front desk was made aware.

Everything was fine except the mattresses, they were very very uncomfortable. Also the water pressure in the sink was very poor…Over all the stay was ok ….

As part of the review, we had just one little hiccup. Because, we had to leave 1 day early, and we booked with Expedia, we were not able to get a refund for the 1 night we unable use. Maybe this situation will be rectified? Other than that the stay was great.

Everything was fine until we requested to checkout late. Checkout at this hotel is noon. The hotel definitely wasn’t near being full, and we were in town because my husband had surgery in Flowood. When I requested late checkout, I was given 30 minutes extra. I told the desk clerk why we would like to check out late. As I was getting dressed at 11:30, the person cleaning rooms opened the door with no warning (embarrassed me and her because I wasn’t dressed). So, we checked out at 12:30, and I drove my husband around for 3 hours in pain before his follow-up appointment.

The room was clean & the beds were very comfortable! I didn’t notice until I was in the shower that there was something growing in the corner, but otherwise everything was very clean. I just chalked it up to an oversight that could happen to anyone. We will stay again.

In Flowood for business, this location is good for things to eat after work. Table 100 is within walking distance and really good! Several close walking distance shops works nicely as the last thing I want to do is drive somewhere after work.
