We paid extra for queen beds and got doubles, the card key did not work, there where no towels in the pool and the hot tub was cold.

The staff was very nice, especially the gentleman in the dinning area. I think he was a combination cook & host (as they seemed short staffed). He did an excellent job at customer service.

When we checked in they did not have our reservation. Eventually they figured it out by calling a supervisor from a different location. The room had a stale smell to it. The restroom had an awkward design and tight space. Never got room service during our stay.

Nothing too special about this place. We got in very late and was thankful there was someone there to help us get checked in. Breakfast was below average with not much of a selection and no orange juice. The one thing that did stand out was that the bedding was some of the softest we have ever experienced. I wished I would’ve taken a closer look to figure out who the manufacturer was because I would definitely order some from my home.

Quiet and comfortable. Although the "coffee pot" was not what we expected, it worked well and the coffee provided was very good. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and clean and quiet.

We had toilet issues and instead of someone coming to fix it or put in different room, they handed my husband a plunger. Room smelled musky. Staff was nice but not helpful and just told us problems happen when they have a full house.

Room was ok, mold around base of tub. Walls were beat up from furniture. Front desk staff was rude.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple times. The rooms are clean, staff is super nice, the breakfast is amazing, pool is fun.

I totally recommend staying at Quality Inn if youre in the Kenai area! The staff is great! Very accomadating, nice and helpful! Everything was clean, even the lobby. Someone was always mopping up the salty footprints from outside. The pool and hot tub are also clean, and warm! The breakfast was hot and handmade! The man that works in the breakfast room is welcoming and very helpful. He makes sure you have eveything you need! This needs to be the #1 place on your list for stays in the Kenai area!!

We booked our stay here for the pool....the pool and spa seemed like it may have been out of balance with its water treatment. My skin was red and patchy after getting out--even with a shower and moisturizer. The rooms have paper thin walls and are just generally pretty tired looking. The staff i interacted with were all friendly, with the exception of ine front desk worker I had to speak with following an unsolicited call to the room from the "manager" requesting my credit card number--of course i declined and headed to the front desk to figure out what was happening. When I shared the odd experience, the front desk worker and three other workers who were just standing at the front desk stared at me blankly, said "yeah, its a scam they do that all the time" then went back to texting on their cell phones. All in all I wouldn't stay here again. For the price and location there are better options and the pool just isnt worth it at all.

When I first entered the room it had a strong musty odor to it. With time, I adjusted to the smell and didn’t notice it any more. Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub due to remodeling.

I live near by. I stayed overnight so my grandson could swim. The pool is small but the hot tub was huge! Breakfast served in the morning. That was convenient and very nice. The Staff was terrific! It was a small cozy room. I will be back. It was a perfect weekend
