From accommodating an unexpected early check in to facilitating a late check out so I could complete my client calls, the hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious and well laid out, climate control worked perfectly and the breakfast was done with grace. Definitely a ‘have to remember this hotel’ for my next stay in the area!

The people at the front desk were marvelous! To the gentleman who changed our room our first night and the two young ladies who were managing the desk the last two nights we were there… thank you so much for your hospitality!

Hotel looks almost brand new. Mattress and pillows were soft and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. I wished they add bathroom slippers and toothbrush/ toothpaste, otherwise. LOcation is good, close to Manhattan, Jackson Height and Lauadia Airport. would highly recommend.

Always a comfortable stay. Comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet. The very loud car blasting music at 2:00 AM was not appreciated wish there was a local restaurant - cafe nearby.

The staff was great. Bf was simple but good..i booked double beds and on chk in was told i cant get tht..an was put into a kings room..after i asked for the manager , he apologized an promise me the next day he will facilitate me. But i felt safe in this hotel..will recommend to anyone

Overall not a good stay started off with late check in. Room was not ready until 5:30. Parking was limited , not clean. In and out access seems easy not secured. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again their other hotels spent to much for a one night stay at a mediocre hotel.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff were extremely professional. Free parking, free breakfast and free wifi along with the location being close to the family we were visiting was the draw. As we arrived there were several young men loitering in the parking lot and the foyer smelt Smokey from outside smokers. Unfortunately we discovered the shower in the room was broken, couldn’t be adjusted for height or direction and sprayed water all over that bathroom floor. The staff did offer to move us but as it was already after 11 and we were only staying one night I declined. The showers was so broken it’s impossible no one knew. How did they even clean the tub without turning on the water and seeing it? Stay away from any of the C floor rooms as they are underground.

It does have parking that is usually full, if you have a car it’s not bad, you will have to walk for public transportation or take Lyft or Uber
Otherwise it’s a nice modern hotel with great staff

It was a homeless shelter. We got ripped off by Expedia. I will be looking for a full refund as we refused to stay here and had to find accommodation elsewhere. An absolute joke!!!

First time staying in hotel in NY. Was clean, wish room more sound proof or perhaps my next door neighbor just have a loud speaker in her lungs

Property was clean and I liked the breakfast that was included. I did not like the room choice i was given due to it being down on the basement level, which i had no view. The AC ran constant so it was hard to fall asleep at times due to the noise. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant smell.

I found it absolutly ridiculous that the safe was not bolted down & could be removed from the room. Upon questioning this i was told it was policy. Unheard of. Outrageous. Whats the sense of having a safe if its not safe?
