Pros: Clean. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Mattresses and pillows were very uncomfortable. Pool area was short on towels. Some people had left trash behind that I cleaned up in the pool area because staff did not enter pool area frequently. TV remote didn’t work properly. They had no extra batteries to replace them, but gave me a master remote and extra sensor to try and make it work. Conditioner bottle was empty. I asked to refill while we were out for the day but it was never done.

If you get room 104, ask for a different room. The headboard of the bed is up against the Kitchen wall where they prep the continental breakfast. Needless to say, I had a way earlier than expected wake up call. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel.

Staff was the best! BUT the phone was broken, the tv didn't work properly, bathtub (in a handicap room) was rusty and chipped, walls were thin- noisy kids. Everything was clean, no smells and lots of towels. I just think the place was old and staff was doing the best they could with what they have. Would not stay here again.

Not a bad place to spend the night , nothing fancy but staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The bed was a little hard and the pool was too cold for me especially without a hot tub to warm up in.

Took forever to check in, problems with computer. Tv was a nightmare even though we were given different remote control. Water for tea wasn’t hot and coffee pot was empty so has to wait for it to be refilled. Just little things. Staff was pleasant and they did try to help. Not the usual great stay at the Hampton Coldwater.

Not too bad. Little older but I’m ok condition still. Service is good. Front desk agent was good and she was sweet. Always a good start to your stay when the front desk people are welcoming.
The building could have been built a little better as I could hear my neighbors, but it is what it is. It was still a good stay.

The bathroom could use a little upgrade or TLC. The one thing we really look at when we are on the road is the bathroom and the bedding/mattress. Those are two things a traveler would consider the most. Otherwise it was excellent!
