Sort of a staycation while getting some work done on our house. Very nice and accommodating staff, though, admittedly, and unfortunately, the first room change request we made was because it didn’t look like the room had been thoroughly cleaned. When we then asked to change again Because we didn’t like the location of the room, they accommodated without the slightest hesitation. The Jacuzzi was a bit over chlorinated, but the view from the pool area is really quite nice. The spa service was great as well. Finally, though the restaurant has a limited menu, everything was excellent – that included food, drinks, and service. I can see why locals come here for dinner, even with so many other choices close by. We’d definitely stay here again under similar circumstances.

Front desk staff was awesome. A little confusing which property to go to but they helped us out and checked us in early. We needed sheets for the sofa bed and they gave them to us promptly. The sofa bed was super clean which made me very happy.

Room was decent, room smelled a little over deoderized, clean but like covering up odors. Pull out double sofa didn’t have bedding and had to ask for some as they did not leave any. Didn’t like that the pool and spa were actually at the sister hotel next door. Hotels should not advertise they have EV charging if it’s not complimentary. If I wanted to pay, I would just go to a Tesla Supercharger. Breakfast was good, slightly better than average.

Check in was tedious and long even at 430 in afternoon. Staff was not a happy group. No eye contact when walkig in or out of lobby, more concerend talking amongst themselves. Clean and comfortable place . Found out after that its totaly pet friendly which i dont like that they didnt have seperate non pet friendly rooms . Pool and spa looked nice although didn't partake. Did get a massage at spa. THAT was my highlight. GAbby was awesome.

Trip to Mission Viejo was very nice. Check in was easy. Staff was excellent and friendly. They placed us in a room that was a great location for us and our service dog. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Everything was good, except the breakfast. The sister hotel across the parking lot has a great breakfast where there is a server with fresh bacon or sausage. Overall the service, staff, and accommodations are always wonderful.

The AC in my room was broken and the staff did not handle the situation properly and professional. We stayed in a group and other people complained that their AC was not working and they had ants in their room.
During breakfast you are only allowed 2 bacon strips (management rules). What hotel limits the amount of food to their guest. I felt very unwelcomed and I will not return to this hotel and I do not recommend it.

Nice place, clean, the breakfast was very good. The only issue was the fan in the bathroom was not working, maintenance tried to fix it but were unsuccessful during our stay.

I loved the environment, friendly and helpful stay, it was nice and clean, loved the courtyard it’s really nice to relax in the morning while you can also have your breakfast there as well. Or if you want to read a book by the chimney outside it’s also very relaxing. Loved it we will definitely be coming back again.

The hotel is in an excellent location- beautiful place! Hotel was clean and comfortable! We found it just perfect- the room was clean and modern! There is a small gym and a great outdoor pool. The outdoor sitting area was perfect to sit at night or in the morning. The breakfast was great! We will go back there forsure next time we visit California!

My stay was great. Makayla & Juan in the Old Camp grill made my dinner fabulois. The food was delicious and Makayla was the perfect blend of friendly, outgoing and professional. Ill definitely be back.

I usually stay at one behind the Spa. This is my first time here. Free breakfasts was delicious and such a variety. The Pub at night served amazing food. Simple meals. Breast of chicken with bacon and avacado - amazing!! Fries-big home made ones. Everything cooked right at the bar area . Not a back room somewhere. Definitely be back next year.
