Booked 3 nights here while I was visiting Ireland for work. It's in a great location where I can get to my customers within half an hour. Close to Belfast, and down the road from the airport.
Rooms are really modern and nice.
Bath is a little small, but that's nothing to complain about.
Breakfast in the morning is decent, the hot choco milk is the best. Can drink this all morning.

Love this Hotel and the service. Rooms very clean and beds so comfortable, proper bath and nice towels. I booked online hoping this was the place I stayed 4 years ago. IT IS 😁. Free easy parking, this is the perfect Hotel for day trips. So very well kept!

We loved our stay at this hotel. Lovely place, we came for a family wedding nearby. The staff are what make it, Abbey on reception was so helpful, all the kitchen staff and waitresses were great too. Felt totally looked after and welcomed by all. Room was immaculate and comfy, and breakfast was grand! What more can you ask?! Thank you!!

After saying on hotels.com that there was breakfast available to pay at the property I was told on arrival at the hotel that the kitchen and bar was closed and only opened at the weekend. I had to have takeaway or use the Spar next to the property for any meals after work.The room was only serviced after 8 nights.

The quality of the food at breakfast was poor. The person in charge on the first day was brusque and unfriendly. The meal for the christening we attended was equally poor. If I had been paying for it I would have complained. The debit card payment taken as authorisation at check in was not advised as having taken full payment for the room and when we came to check out was charged again plus extras although this was later reversed. Very disappointing. Not worth the cost. Drinks expensive. Staff cleaning around us at breakfast. Plates taken away whilst others were still eating. Condiments and sauces removed before main course finished. Poor service. Would not recommend.

Ease of use as close to the hospital. Staff friendly. Rooms at the rear of hotel are close to the road, therefore if you are a light sleeper it can be a bit noisy.
