I felt the room was appointed with furniture that felt dated heavy wooden furniture with laminated tops. Also, not well lit. In the living room space all the lights were on one side of the room. There was no waste basket in the bedroom and no designated container for recycling. The staff is helpful and the restaurant is very good.

We had a great stay. The ambiance was wonderful. Service was great! One thing, the walls were thin and we had a party nearby. I did call the receptionist, and she got right on the problem.

Very attractive comfortable room. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. A little tricky to find. Overall a good experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here three months prior to this visit. The rooms were both king bed rooms, but very different. The king room on the 3rd floor was huge! The king room this trip was much smaller with only one end table next to the bed. The television had a fixed setting for the volume where you couldn’t hear the television if the air conditioner was on at the same time. This time the room wasn’t as clean either. The soap dish was caked with old soap, and there was strings or ties of some sort under the sink on the bathroom floor left from the guests before us. I would give the place another shot in March when we return to Lancaster, and will request the third floor room. The staff were very friendly.

I love the ambience as having a hotel in an old cork factory is a great and unique idea. Also, the front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great time!

Stayed here for a girls’ weekend. Convenient walking distance to restaurants and shops. I anticipated hearing some noise from other guests since there were weddings on both nights of my stay, but surprisingly heard nothing while in my room. The room was clean and met our needs with the exception of a freezer section in the small refrigerator. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful and i would stay there again and reccommend to friends. Housekeeping never visited our room, i assumed there was no service. Found out the night before we left that housekeeping should have tidied our room and front desk was very apologetic and said they would address it.

Hotel was unique and has potential to be very nice. But wasn't. Check-in staff was friendly. Stayed for three nights for work. Came back first night to find bed not made and trash left in the can. Second night parts of bedding were left on the floor but trash was taken. Bathroom was not clean when I arrived or when I left. Big stain in hall way just leaves you feeling dirty. Was hoping for more.

The property is beautiful and our room was lovely. Room 319 has wood beams and muted large checker carpet. We booked for another couple- room had no wood beams and a plain carpet. Ours way much nicer seeming. They also had a shower issue and hot water had to be adjusted too. The beds and bedding are 10/10!! You can hear people above you walking and if you are a sensitive sleeper you may want to request the 4th floor. Pretty loud. Restaurant isn’t open on Monday and Tuesday which was a bummer- the 2 nights we were staying. I’m from California .. couldn’t tell if the neighborhood was safe. Next to industrial and a graveyard up the road. I loved the actual hotel but these are some things to consider. Free parking too!! Ate at 2 Cousins pizza And The Dispensary restraint. Both under 10 mins away by car. Paid for parking.

This property has multiple buildings housing rooms. If weather is inclement getting from check-in to room my be difficult. There is no breakfast service in the restaurant which could be inconvenient. No real closet in the room just short hanger "boxes". The HVAC system was so loud it needed to be switched off for proper sleep as there was no fan speed settings.

I loved that the hotel had been a cork factory and that they saved/preserved as much as possible. The decor was minimal/refreshing/peaceful. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

Hotel price for value lacking. They are trying too hard to be trendy but the hotel is dreary and the rooms overlook nothing but parking lots. Rooms are nothing special. Fridge and things like the ironing board are just "there" out in the open. Not impressed. The Marriott downtown is a better deal for the money. Far more polished, better views, and a lot more of interest nearby.

I have been coming here for over a decade and it never disappoints. I’ve spent Christmas here and New Years Eve over the years. It feels cozy and like home. The fireplace on a wintry weekend is everything. It’s a nice getaway if you want to escape by yourself, or if you want to snuggle with someone. Beautiful, rustic esthetic and great staff.

A new property where i usually stay when in Lancaster. I was disappointed in the service. No room cleaning for a two day stay. As an Historic property of America i would expect a better level of service. I

Everything about our stay was great. There were several wedding parties there and I was there for a swim meet. The staff made sure that we were in a quiet area so my son could sleep. We decided to add a night and Rosetta at the front desk was so kind and called us at 7am to let us know that over the night a guest canceled so we were able to stay in our room. She went above and beyond from check to warm helps as we entered the building. We will definitely be staying there again!!

Property is a cool renovated warehouse. Not much to do in immediate vicinity. We had limited choices due to an event. Beds were comfortable. Wedding venue so rooms near the ballroom could hear the loud pounding beat of the wedding music. Since it’s an old building expect to hear creaking above you of guests walking , hoping they don’t have a heavy foot and wake you up at5am!!!!

This property was great except one issue.......The floorboards creak and are extremely loud. As we were trying to sleep, the guests above us were walking around so much and we heard every squeak of the floor/ceiling. We hardly got any sleep that night!

The cork factory hotel is a nice Orick property in and interesting redeveloped for factory. The rooms are spacious and comfy, the common spaces are clean and nicely decorated, and the staff is very pleasant.

The room and bathroom were small but nice. The room had a nice artistic atmosphere. The a/c in our room was loud when it kicked on. The noise in the hall way was too much. Apparently there was a wedding party on the floor and the were all trashed talking loud and slamming doors continously.

We absolutely loved the ambience and history of the hotel. Our room was more than comfortable - very spacious and perfect for having our family who was also staying here spend time with us all together. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
