It was hotel to serve purpose of being near airport but would not want to stay longer than a night. It was very welcoming and clean

The hotel was ok, I stayed for two nights. the pretty lights showing on the picture outside the building was never on, the room looked clean but I found two different hair type in the bathroom, there was mold on the edge of the bathtub, the room they gave me was not the same one I chose when I paid online, but because I was too tired and similar I didn’t say anything, the hallway doesn’t have a rug so you could hear people walking and rolling suitcases in the middle of the night, The area was nice very close to the train and buses, has a supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat around but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

It serves its purpose of staying somewhere while you travel in Madrid. Nothing fancy.

The hotel was a great location to be in close proximity to a close friend and his family living in T d A. That was the primary reason for choosing this hotel. The room was very small, and with our four bags of luggage and the room's scant closet and storage space, we were cramped and on top of each other. Cleanliness of the room was fine. Breakfast was on the weak side. This would be the perfect hotel for those who travel light.

Stay here only if you don't need WiFi. Perfect service but the staff never shared the correct password. Constantly saying the WiFi wasn't working when clearly they just don't give people the correct password for some reason. Very annoying.

The hotel was nothing special. It was the basic need for a holiday where we were mostly out of the hotel. Close to the train station that got us in Madrid for all other train connections in less than 30 min.

Do not stay here if you are visiting Madrid, it is 40 minutes on a train. Torrejon has limited facilities, a few bars, local shops and near to the airport. Get the 824 bus for the airport, €2.60 single ticket. It takes 20 minutes. Next to the hotel is a bar called Liberty, friendly staff ( Jose ), cheap drinks and tapas. Hotel is a 2*, basic facilities, clean room and breakfast that was good value. Staff very friendly.

The entire ad on Expedia for this property was very deceptive and misleading. The picture does not depict the actual hotel. The hotel occupies only a small portion of this building. Entrance/Lobby is located in the right side of this building. Small narrow entrance and hidden in the middle of a strip center between two small takeout restaurants. Hard to find and no on street or short term parking. The desk clerk, Laura was very sweet and pleasant and extremely accommodating. The most pleasant experience of our stay. We were two couples traveling together. Our rooms were located on the 2nd floor and there was an elevator. The halls were very narrow and dark. A little scary had I been checking in alone All lights were on timers and didn't work very well. Our rooms had electronic keys that also operated the electricity and lights in each room. Air conditioning was advertised. However, the room was hot and the thermostats were taped off. All the air was controlled from the front desk. Needless to say, our rooms were very hot, resulting in an uncomfortable nights stay. The windows opened to a juliette type balcony over a very busy street below. We were able to open the window but, the traffic noise and street crossing beeps made it unable to sleep. The room was basic and clean. Hot water, towels and bath toiletries were good. The room was dark as there were two lamps with burned out light bulbs.

Basic hotel with all needed for a work stay. Good location reasonable rates plenty in the immediate area means you don't really need many facilities at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Great selection continental breakfast.

Nothing I liked about it, it had no facilities for drinks in the room, had to keep asking for more towels, the view out the window was steptoes yard

It was not the best or worst place to stay, it was just Ok to stay at for the night. Pictures posted for this hotel are not accurate. Rooms with balcony to the main street are noisy. They cut the air conditioning off so it was uncomfortable to sleep on a hot room. Breakfast had no variety to choose ... They could improve that. Also, they are locatted way far from Madrid Adolfo Barajas Airport and taxies charge high to get to and from the hotel ... they could either offer a discount rate or have their own shuttle. In front of Torrejon Plaza there is another one with better amenitties and for the same price.

The gentleman at check in was very courteous and fast. The room was clean however the bath tub in the bathroom had moldy spots. The bed was uncomfortable for me, it woke me up a few times during the night. Breakfast was tasty with a selection of fruits, bread, pastries, cereal, ham, cheese, coffee, tea and juices. It would have been nice to have fresh cut veggies along with the cold cuts.
